Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection et/ou d'identification d'E. coli dans un échantillon urinaire selon lequel a) on ensemence l'échantillon urinaire susceptible de contenir E. coli sur un milieu de détection comprenant un premier substrat choisi parmi un substrat de beta-glucuronidase, beta-galactosidase, alpha-galactosidase, d'une enzyme d'acidification du Lactose, beta-ribosidase, phosphatase, L-Alanine-aminopeptidase, L-Leucine-aminopeptidase, un deuxième substrat, différent dudit premier substrat, choisi parmi un substrat de beta-glucuronidase, beta-galactosidase, alpha-galactosidase, d'une enzyme d'acidification du Lactose, beta-ribosidase, phosphatase, L-Alanine-aminopeptidase, L-Leucine-aminopeptidase pour obtenir des colonies de bactéries; b) on identifie les colonies réagissant avec le premier substrat et/ou le deuxième substrat comme étant des colonies d'E. coli.
