Abstract

 下記一般式(1)に示されるチエタン化合物。(下記一般式(1)中、Mは長周期型周期表の14族元素を表す。X1は各々独立に硫黄原子または酸素原子を表す。pは2以上(n-1)以下の整数を表し、nは金属原子Mの価数を表す。n-pが1の場合、R2は、置換基を有してもよい炭素数1以上3以下の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖を有するアルキル基を表す。n-pが2以上の場合、複数のR2は、各々独立に、置換基を有してもよい炭素数1以上3以下の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖を有するアルキル基を表す。また、複数のR2が互いに結合してMを含む環を形成してもよく、この場合、環を形成するアルキル鎖は炭素数1以上3以下であり、環を構成する部分には、硫黄原子を含まない。)
