Abstract

 導電性のある酸化物を含有するスクラップを使用し、極性を周期的に反転して電解することにより、水酸化物として回収することを特徴とする導電性のある酸化物を含有するスクラップからの有価金属の回収方法、及び酸化物系スクラップが、導電性のある酸化物であり、水素でメタル又は亜酸化物に還元できる物質であることを特徴とする上記導電性のある酸化物を含有するスクラップからの有価金属の回収方法。導電性のある酸化物を含有するスパッタリングターゲットスクラップ又は製造時に発生する導電性のある酸化物の端材等のスクラップから、有価金属を効率良く回収する方法を提供する。
