Abstract

 電気的に接続した電線端末の接続処理部における防水性能が高められた防水ハーネスの製造方法等を提供することを目的とし、防水ハーネス10aの製造方法において、複数本の導体素線113,123,133からなる芯線111,121,131と、この芯線を取り巻く絶縁被覆112,122,132とを有する複数本の電線11,12,13を有し、この複数本の電線それぞれの芯線のうち絶縁被覆の一端から露出した露出端111a,121a,131aが互いに接続されたワイヤハーネス10を用意する準備工程と、露出端と、絶縁被覆の上記一端近傍の部分とからなる端末部102を、熱収縮性の保護チューブ19内に挿入した状態、かつ、端末部における上記導体素線間の隙間内に嫌気性固着剤18を浸透させた状態で、保護チューブ19を加熱収縮させる防水処理工程とを有する。
