Abstract

 コンデンサの端子板には圧力調整弁が設けられている。この圧力調整弁はガス透過性シートと、シリコンゴム製の弁体と、パッキンと、キャップとを有する。電解液の透過を防ぐガス透過性シートは端子板に設けられた孔を塞ぐように設けられている。パッキンは弁体とガス透過性シートとの間に設けられ、シリコンゴムよりも耐水分透過性の高い弾性材料で構成されている。キャップは端子板に固定されて弁体とパッキンを覆って、端子板に対して弁体とパッキンを圧縮状態で保持している。弁体およびパッキンとガス透過性シートとは離れて設けられている。
