Abstract

　誘電体基板（３１）の表面に互いに平行な線状電極（３２）を形成し、これらの線状電極（３２）の並び順に一定数ｎを周期としてその一定数ごとに並列接続するとともに、互いに一定の位相差で且つ同一パターンの電圧が周期的に変化するｎ相の駆動電圧を印加する。線状電極の近傍に生じる不平等電界が周囲の気体に及ぼす静電勾配力により密度変化を起こした気体が拡散に要する時間より十分に小さい周期となるようにｎ相の周波数を設定することによって線状電極の並び方向にその近傍の気体を搬送する。
