BESCHREIBUNG
Verfahren zur Erhaltung und den Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder eine Aktivierung der Hautregeneration
10 Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erhaltung und zum Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder zur Aktivierung der Hautregeneration, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine kosmetische Zubereitung auf die zu behandelnde Haut appliziert wird und anschließend mit Hilfe einer rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürste in die zu_behan- delnde Haut eingearbeitet wird oder dass eine kosmetische Zubereitung auf eine Bürste
15 aufgetragen wird, die Bürste mit Hilfe eines Antriebes in Rotation oder Oszillation versetzt wird und die zu behandelnde Haut anschließend mit Hilfe der rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürste behandelt wird, wobei die kosmetische Zubereitung in beiden Verfahrenswegen mindestens einen hautregenerationsaktivierenden bzw. hautschützenden Wirkstoff enthält.
20 Kosmetische Zubereitungen die nach Applikation auf die Haut eine Barrierestärkung, also eine Erhaltung und Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder Aktivierung der Hautregeneration, der Haut hervorrufen sollen gibt es viele. Insbesondere ist es im Stand der Technik weit verbreitet, kosmetische Zubereitungen mit sogenannten hautregenerationsaktivierenden bzw. hautschützenden Wirkstoff anzureichern, da diese eine
25 Barrierestärkung versprechen.
Die barrierestärkende Leistung der Zubereitungen bei einmaliger Applikation reicht aber bei stark gestresster Haut nicht aus um eine Barrierestärkung über einen längeren Zeitraum zu erhalten. Nur ein wiederholtes Applizieren schafft hierbei Linderung.
Aus EP 1 304 989 ist eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung der Haut bekannt, bei der mit Hilfe 3.0 einer rotierenden. Bürste und einer Wasch- bzw. Peelingzubereitung die Maut gereinigt ■
werden kann. Der Fachmann spricht hier von Mikrodermabrasion. Dabei werden die o- bersten Schichten der Epidermis abgetragen und. die zurückbleibende Haut erscheint jünder und frischer. Eine solche Behandlung stellt jedoch eine erhebliche Belastung für die behandelten Hautareale dar. Insbesondere werden neben den toten Hautzellen auch Hautfett und Wasser entfernt.
Für den Fachmann unerwartet war, das unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung, welche eine rotierende und/oder oszillierende Bürste aufweist, die Einarbeitung von kosmetischen Zubereitungen, die die Erhaltung und den Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder eine Aktivierung der Hautregeneration unterstützen, eine erheblich stärkere Schutzwirkung und/oder Regeneration hervorrufen, als wenn sie normal mit den Fingern/Händen eingearbeitet wird.
Insbesondere sind Zubereitungen vorteilhaft, die mindestens einen hautregenerationsak- tivierenden bzw. hautschützenden Wirkstoff aus der Gruppe Vitamine und dessen Derivate (insbesondere Vitamin-A-Palmitat), Vitamin C und dessen Derivate (insbesondere As- corbylalmitat, Magnesium-Ascorbylphosphat), Vitamin E und dessen Derivate, ungesättigte Fettsäuren und deren Derivate (insbesondere Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Ölsäure), alpha-Glucosylrutin, Ubiquinon (insbesondere Q10), Pflanzenextrakte, Ginko- , Soja-, Aloe Vera-, Süßholz-, Hamamelis, Ginseng-, Gurken- Extrakte, Bisabolol, Biotin, Carotinoide, Taurin, Isoflavonoide, Licochalkon, Aminosäuren und deren Derivate , Zinkoxid, Panthenol , Licochalkon enthalten.
Zubereitungen im Sinne der Erfindung sind insbesondere Emulsionen, die neben einer Wasserphase auch eine Ölphase enthalten. Der Vorteil von Emulsionen ist, das die Gleiteigenschaften erheblich besser sind als bei rein wässrigen Zubereitungen. Die Haut wird dadurch viel weniger gereizt (irritiert) als bei der bekannten Reinigungs- bzw. Mikro- abrassionsbehandlung. Die mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erzielten Ergebnisse sind bei genauerer Betrachtung nicht vergleichbar obwohl die augescheinliche betrach- tung der behandelten Hautareale nicht unbedingt einen Unterschied zeigt. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wirkt sich durch seine verstärkte Wirkung auf die tiefer liegenden Hausschichten aus und nicht wie der Stand der Technik auf die oberste tote ZeII- schicht. Dar erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeigt dadurch eine länger andauernde Wirkung die sich bei regelmäßiger Anwendung in einer allgemeinen Verjüngung der Haut wiederspiegelt. Eine regelmäßige Mikrodermabrasionsbehandlung ist auf Grund der starken Reizwirkung -dagegen nicht durchführbar und würde zu effför-anhaϊtenden Schädigung
führen, da mit dem Entfernen der toten Hautzellen eine hauteigene Schutzwirkung verloren ginge.
Die Zubereitungen enthalten gemäß der Erfindung außer den vorgenannten Substanzen gegebenenfalls die in der Kosmetik üblichen Zusatzstoffe, beispielsweise Parfüm, Farb- Stoffe, antimikrobielle Stoffe, rückfettende Agentien, Komplexierungs- und Seque- strierungsagentien, Perlglanzagentien, Pflanzenextrakte, Vitamine, Wirkstoffe, Konservierungsmittel, Bakterizide, Pigmente, die eine färbende Wirkung haben, Verdickungsmittel, weichmachende, anfeuchtende und/oder feuchthaltende Substanzen, oder andere übliche Bestandteile einer kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Formulie- rung wie Alkohole, Polyole, Polymere, Schaumstabilisatoren, Elektrolyte, organische Lösemittel oder Silikonderivate.
Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Vorrichtungen eine Antriebseinheit und eine Bürste auf, die eine Vielzahl von Borsten oder Noppen trägt, die sich von der Oberfläche einer Trägerplatte in den Raum erstrecken und die Trägerplatte eine Verbindung/Kupplung zur An- triebseinheit aufweist. Durch die Antriebseinheit wird die Bürste in Rotation oder in oszillierende Bewegungen versetz. Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird die Bürste mit der kosmetischen Zubereitung benetzt und diese anschließend unter Rotation der bzw. Oszillation der Bürste auf der Haut appliziert oder die kosmetische Zubereitung wird aus die Haut aufgebracht und anschließend mit der rotierenden bzw. oszillierenden Bürste in die Haut eingearbeitet.
Die Antriebseinheit kann einen Elektromotor aufweisen, der z.B. durch eine Batterie oder Akkumulator gespeist wird. Es ist auch im Sinne der Erfindung alternative stromlose Antriebseinheiten zu verwenden, z.B. Federantriebe oder Federaufzüge.
Im Sinne der Erfindung ist es Bürsten zu verwenden, die nicht nur Borsten einer Sorte tragen, sondern Borsten unterschiedlicher Dimensionen und/oder Härte gemischt oder Borstenbüschel unterschiedlicher Dimensionen und/oder Härte gemischt auf der Trägerplatte anzuordnen.
Besonders vorteilhaft haben sich Bürsten erwiesen, die zwischen 1.000 und 35.000, insbesondere 20.000 bis 30.000 Borsten aufweisen, wobei die Borsten eine Faserstärke von 0,045 bis 1 ,2 mm aufweisen. Die Länge der Borsten ist vorteilhafter weise zwischen 0,4 bis 1 ,5 cm gewählt.
Im Sinne der Erfindung ist es auch anstelle der borstenbesetzten Bürsten, Bürsten zu verwenden die eine Vielzahl von Fingern aus gespritzten elastischen Borsten tragen. Fingerbesetzte Bürsten haben den Vorteil einer besseren Reinigbarkeit, da die Finger einzelständig auf der Trägerplatte angeordnet sind. Auch ist der Massageeffekt von Fin- gern höher als der von Borsten.
Bevorzugt ist die Bürste lösbar mit der Antriebseinheit verbunden, so das die Bürste austauschbar ist. Die hat den Vorteil, das sich die Bürste einfach entsorgen lässt (Einmalbenutzung) bzw. leicht separat reinigen lässt. Im Sinne der Erfindung ist es, die Bürste rostfrei, insbesondere Metallfrei, auszugestalten, so das z.B. auch eine Reinigung in einer Waschmaschine und/oder Geschirrspüler möglich ist.
Auch bringt die Austauschbarkeit der Bürste den Vorteil, das je nach Anwendungsbereich Bürsten unterschiedlichen Borstenbesatzes/Noppenbesatzes und/oder unterschiedlicher Härte mit der selben Antriebseinheit verwendet werden können.
Die Verbindung von Antriebseinheit und Bürste muss so gestaltet werden, das die An- triebskräfte (Rotation bzw. Oszillation) des Antriebes auf die Bürste übertragen wird. Vorteilhaft ist es wenn die Bürste mit der Antriebseinheit verrastet ist. Denkbar ist auch eine Verbindung die in Form eines Klettverschlusses ausgebildet ist.
In den Figuren 1 bis 12 sind einige Bürstengeometrien schematisch wiedergegeben, die sich als besonders vorteilhaft herausgestellt haben. Diese Bespiele sollen sich jedoch nicht limitierend auf die Erfindung auswirken, sondern verdeutlichen, welchen Gestaltungsspielraum es gibt.
Figur 1 zeigt ein Beispiel für eine Bürste, enthaltend eine Trägerplatte (1 ) von der sich eine Vielzahl von Borsten (2) gleicher Länge parallel zu einander in den freien Raum erstrecken. Die Borsten stehen in Büscheln (3) von der Trägerplatte (1 ) ab. Die einzelnen Borstenbüschel können ungeordnet oder in geometrischer Ordnung, wie in Figur 4 bis 6 gezeigt, angeordnet sein. Im Sinne der Erfindung ist es nicht nur Borsten einer Sorte zu verwenden, sondern Borsten unterschiedlicher Dimensionen und/oder Härte gemischt oder Borstenbüschel unterschiedlicher Dimensionen und/oder Härte gemischt auf der Trägerplatte anzuordnen. Figur 2 zeigt ebenfalls schematisch eine Bürste wie sie für das erfinderische Verfahren geeignet ist. In diesem Beispiel sind nicht nur Borsten einer Länge wie in Figur 1 auf der
Trägerplatte angeordnet, sondern die Borsten sind Abschnittsweise bzw. Büschelweise in kurze Borsten (2a) und lange Borsten (2b) aufgeteilt.
Die in Figur 3 gezeigte Bürste weist Borsten auf, die gegenüber der in Figur 2 gezeigten bürste auch Zwischenlängen aufweist. Bürsten mit kürzeren Borsten können durch Bear- beitung (z.B. beschneiden) von Bürsten erhalten werden, die Borsten nur einer Länge aufweisen.
In Figur 7 ist beispielhaft eine Bürste wiedergegeben, die nicht nur Borsten enthält, sondern auch dickere zylindrische oder kegelförmige Finger (5) aus einen verformbarem E- lastomer aufweisen. Diese Finger sind im Allgemeinen dicker als die Borsten und wirken beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren leicht massierend auf die Applikationsstellen. Die Figuren 8 und 9 illustrieren besondere Ausgestaltungen einer gemischten, Borsten und Finger aufweisenden Bürste nach Figur 7.
Figur 10 zeigt ein Beispiel einer rein aus Fingern (Noppen) bestehenden Bürste, deren Noppen durch Zweikomponentenspritzguss in einem Zweiten Herstellungsschritt auf eine harte Trägerplatte aufgebracht wurden. Diese Art von Bürsten haben eine erhöhte Massagewirkung wodurch die applizierten Zubereitungen hervorragend in tiefere Hautschichten transportiert werden können. Die Figuren 11 und 12 illustrieren besondere Ausgestaltungen einer reinem Finger- bzw. Noppenbürste aus elastomerem Material.
Figur 13 zeigt schematisch den Aufbau einer Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des erfindungs- gemäßen Verfahrens, aufweisend eine Bürste 10 und eine Antriebseinheit 11. Die Antriebseinheit setzt sich im hier dargestellten Fall aus einem Motor 12, einem Schalter 13 und einer Stromquelle 14 zusammen, wobei durch den Schalter 13 die Verbindung zwischen Motor und Stromquelle hergestellt bzw. unterbrochen werden kann. Als Stromquelle können zum Beispiel Batterie(n) oder Akkumulator(en) dienen.
Claims
1. Verfahren zur Erhaltung und den Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder eine Aktivierung der Hautregeneration, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine kosmetische Zubereitung auf die zu behandelnde Haut appliziert wird und anschließend mit Hilfe einer rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürste in die zu stärkende Haut eingearbeitet wird.
2. Verfahren zur Steigerung der Erhaltung und den Schutz des physiologischen Hautgleichgewichtes und/oder eine Aktivierung der Hautregeneration, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass eine kosmetische Zubereitung auf eine Bürste aufgetragen wird, die
Bürste mit Hilfe eines Antriebes in Rotation oder Oszillation versetzt wird und die zu behandelnde Haut anschließend mit Hilfe der rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürste behandelt wird.
3. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zubereitung mindestens eine Substanz aus der
Gruppe der hautregenerationsaktivierenden, barierestärkenden und hautschützenden Wirkstoffe enthält.
4. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zubereitung eine Emulsion, insbesondere eine W/O- oder O/W-Emulsionen, ist
5. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste Borsten trägt die unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen.
6. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste spritzgegossene Noppen trägt.
7. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste Borsten und spritzgegossene Noppen trägt.
8. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste zwischen 1.000 und 35.000, insbesondere 20.000 bis 30.000 Borsten trägt.
9. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet^ dass die Borsten eine Faserstärke vpn 0,045 bis 1 ,2 mm aufweisen.
10. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest ein Teil der Borsten eine Länge zwischen 0,4 und 1 ,5 cm aufweist.
11. Verwendung von rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürsten zur Einarbeitung von kosme- tischen Zubereitungen in die Haut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische
Zubereitung mindestens eine Substanz aus der Gruppe der hautregenerationsaktivie- renden, barierestärkenden und hautschützenden Wirkstoffe enthält.
12. Verwendung von rotierenden oder oszilierenden Bürsten in Verbindung mit einer kosmetischen Zubereitungen zur Barrierestärkung der Haut.
13. Verfahren oder Verwendung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die hautregenerationsaktivierenden, barrierestärkenden bzw. hautschützenden Wirkstoffe gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Vitamine und dessen Derivate (insbesondere Vitamin-A-Palmitat), Vitamin C und dessen Derivate (insbesondere Ascorbylalmitat, Magnesium-Ascorbylphosphat), Vitamin E und dessen Derivate, ungesättigte Fettsäuren und deren Derivate (insbesondere Li- nolsäure, Linolensäure, Ölsäure), alpha-Glucosylrutin, Ubiquinon (insbesondere Q10), Pflanzenextrakte, Ginko- , Soja-, Aloe Vera-, Süßholz-, Hamamelis, Ginseng-, Gurken- Extrakte, Bisabolol, Biotin, Carotinoide, Taurin, Isoflavonoide, Licochalkon, Aminosäuren und deren Derivate , Zinkoxid, Panthenol , Licochalkon 14. Kosmetisches Kit, aufweisend eine Vorrichtung mit rotierender und/oder oszillierender Bürste und eine kosmetische Zubereitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zubereitung mindestens einen hautregenerationsaktivierenden, barrierestärkenden bzw. hautschützenden Wirkstoff enthält.
