Abstract
【課題】連続気泡の高発泡倍率ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡ボードを芯材とした車両内装材用積層シート,車両用内装材,車両内装材用積層シートの製造方法及びその装置を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡ボード2からなる芯材を備えた車両内装材用積層シート1に関する。ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡ボード2は、板状に押出成形されてなり、連続気泡率が50%以上で、発泡倍率が10倍~50倍である。また、複数のポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡ボード2,2を熱板融着法又はレーザー透過溶着法で貼り合わせてルーフライニングなどに用いる大きなサイズの車両内装材用積層シート1の芯材を構成できる。
