打印机控制方法、 装置及打印机
本申请要求于 2007 年 2 月 5 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710003492.X,发明名称为"打印机控制方法、 装置及打印机"的中国专利申 请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及打印控制技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及打印机控制方法、 装置 和包含该控制装置的打印机。
背景技术
目前, 收据打印机如 POS ( Point of sales , 销售点)打印机, 在零售、 餐 饮、 医疗等许多领域取得了越来越多的广泛应用, 随之而来的是越来越多的用 户要求打印机提供现场配置的功能,也就是说用户现场改变打印机某种特性的 功能, 比较典型的配置是通讯口设置, 例如串口波特率配置等, 特别适合于无 法连接微机或者无需连接微机的条件下对打印机的功能特性或者参数进行配 置。
具备多个按键或者配置有液晶等显示模块的打印机可以比较方便、灵活地 实现配置功能, 但对收据打印机特别是 POS打印机来说, 为了降低成本, 大 多数打印机只具备单个按键, 不设液晶等显示模块。
为了实现通过单个按键实现对打印机的功能配置, 采取以下方法, 如图 1 所示, 该方法包括步骤: 按住按键开机后打印出打印机配置主菜单; 根据所述 配置主菜单的指示信息, 进行按键操作, 选择子菜单, 进行打印机功能参数的 配置。 由此实现对打印机的功能配置。 所述配置主菜单信息如图 2所示。
该方法实现了通过单个按键对打印机进行功能配置,但是对于不需要进行 打印机配置, 而想直接进行某种功能项目如自检打印的用户来说, 必须先打印 出打印机配置菜单,再根据所述配置菜单的指示信息执行所述功能项目,操作 过程繁瑣, 且浪费纸张。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种简便的、节省纸张的打印机 控制方法、 装置及打印机。
一种打印机控制方法, 包括步骤: 设定功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件;
当^ ¾信息满足所述功能项目执行触发条件时,执行所述功能项目; 当按 键信息满足配置菜单启动触发条件时, 启动配置菜单。
优选的, 所述功能项目执行触发条件为: 打印机从断电状态转换成供电状 态。
优选的, 所述功能项目执行触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件为: 当打印 机处于供电状态时, 在预设时间段内按键次数大于或等于预设按键次数。
优选的, 所述功能项目执行触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件为: 当打印 机处于供电状态时, 按键持续时间超过预设时间门限。
优选的, 所述按键信息包括: 预设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用 于指示打印机从断电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
优选的, 所述功能项目为自检打印或配置打印机。

本发明还公开了一种打印机控制装置,所述装置包括:条件信息参考单元、 ^¾信息获取单元、 判断单元、 执行单元和配置菜单启动单元; 其中,

所述按键信息获取单元用于获取按键信息,并将所述按键信息提供给判断 单元;
所述判断单元将所述按键信息与所述条件参考信息作比较,根据比较结果 判断所述按键信息是否满足触发条件,在所述按键信息满足功能项目执行触发 条件时,发出执行功能项目的执行指示信息,在所述按键信息满足配置菜单启 动触发条件时, 发出启动配置菜单的启动指示信息;
执行单元接收该执行指示信息后执行所述功能项目;
配置菜单启动单元接收到所述启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
优选的, 所述按键信息包括: 预设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用 于指示打印机从断电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
本发明同时还公开一种打印机,包括输入按键、用于打印信息的打印部件, 其特征在于, 还包括由条件信息参考单元、 按键信息获取单元、 判断单元、 执 行单元和配置菜单启动单元组成的控制装置;
所述条件信息参考单元保存用户设定的功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜 单启动触发条件的条件参考信息;
所述按键信息获取单元与所述输入按键相连, 以获取按键信息, 并将所述 按键信息提供给判断单元;
所述判断单元将所述按键信息与所述条件参考信息作比较,根据比较结果 判断所述按键信息是否满足触发条件,在所述按键信息满足功能项目执行触发 条件时,发出执行功能项目的执行指示信息,在所述按键信息满足配置菜单启 动触发条件时, 发出启动配置菜单的启动指示信息;
执行单元接收该执行指示信息后将所述功能项目信息发送给打印部件,配 置菜单启动单元接收到所述启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
优选的, 所述按键信息包括: 预设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用 于指示打印机从断电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
通过上述技术方案可知, 与现有技术相比,本发明实施例通过设定执行常 用功能项目触发条件和启动配置菜单触发条件,判断按键信息是否满足所述功 能项目触发条件和启动配置菜单的启动条件,当按键信息满足功能项目触发条 件时, 直接执行所述功能项目, 可以减少直接启动配置菜单的环节, 操作更加 简便,对于无需进行菜单匹配而想直接执行某功能项目的用户来说, 无需打印 配置菜单, 从而节约纸张。

具体实施方式
本文所述的打印机主要指的是收据打印机如 POS ( Point of sales ,销售点 ) 打印机, 尤其是只具备单个按键的打印机。
本发明实施例的基本思想是:设定功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动 触发条件;当按键信息满足所述功能项目执行触发条件时,执行所述功能项目; 当按键信息满足配置菜单启动触发条件时, 启动配置菜单。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和实施例 对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图 3 , 为本发明打印机控制方法的实现流程图。
具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S 101 : 设定功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件。
所述配置菜单包含多个功能项目以及执行该功能项目的操作方法,设置配 置菜单中用户常用的如打印自检信息或打印测试页等的功能项目的执行触发 条件, 以及, 设置配置菜单的启动触发条件, 以使得用户可以选择直接执行所 述功能项目或启动配置菜单。
所述功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件可以根据按键信息 的不同进行设置, ^¾信息可以包括在预设时间段内的^ ¾次数或^ ¾持续时 间, 功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件可以为: 当所述在预设时 间段内的^ ¾次数等于规定按键次数, 或按键持续时间超过规定时间门限。
步骤 S 102: 当按键信息满足所述功能项目执行触发条件时, 执行所述功 能项目; 当按键信息满足配置菜单启动触发条件时, 启动配置菜单。
当按键信息满足功能项目执行触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件,所述按 键信息可以包括: 预设时间段内的按键次数、按键持续时间或用于指示打印机 从断电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
如当所述预设时间段内的^ ¾次数等于预设^ ¾次数,或者^ ¾持续时间 超过预设时间门限,或者所述开机指示信息等于预设信息值时, 就表示按键信 息满足功能项目触发条件。
下面通过实施例对本发明技术方案进行进一步的描述。
请参考图 4, 为本发明一种打印机控制方法的实施例一的流程图。
预先设定"打印自检信息"执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件。
用户在使用 POS打印机的时候, 一般习惯首先进行打印自检信息, 通过 自检信息了解打印机的配置信息以及硬件(如打印头) 的使用状态。
设置自检信息触发条件为: 在打印机为供电状态时,打印机按键的按键持 续时间等于预设时间门限(如: 3秒;)。
配置菜单包含多项功能项目以及各功能项目的操作指示信息, 如图 5 所 示,为配置菜单的示意图,用户通过配置菜单了解执行各功能项目(如"退出"、 "打印机测试 1"、 "打印机测试 2"或"配置打印机") 的操作方法, 如按键 1次 执行"退出"项目等。
设置配置菜单启动触发条件为: 在打印机为供电状态时,打印机按键的按 键持续时间小于预设时间门限(如: 3秒;)。
设定"打印自检信息 "执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件后,进入步骤 S20K
步骤 S201 : 按住按键开机。
对于只有单个按键的打印机, 控制打印的开关就是电源开关。
步骤 S202: 判断按键持续时间是否小于 3秒? 若是, 进入步骤 S203; 否 则, 进入步骤 S204。
步骤 S203 : 执行"打印自检信息 "项目。
步骤 S204: 启动配置菜单。
通过上述具体实施例, 用户通过设置常用项目 (打印自检信息)的触发条 件, 通过^ ¾持续时间的不同, 直接执行"打印自检信息"项目。 避免了用户想 通过自检信息了解打印机的配置信息或者硬件的工作状态时,还需先打印配置 菜单, 然后根据配置菜单的指示信息, 执行"打印自检信息"项目, 减少了工作 环节, 节约了纸张。
如果功能项目为多项时(如"打印自检信息 "和"打印机测试 1" ),按照按键 持续时间来控制执行哪项功能项目或者启动配置菜单, 按键持续时间很难把 握,可操作性不强, 下面通过另一个实施例对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的 描述。
请参考图 5, 为本发明一种打印机的控制方法的实施例二的流程图。
分别预设"打印自检信息 "和"打印机测试 1"项目的触发条件分别为: 在预 设时间段( 5秒) 内, ^¾次数为 1和 2。
所述"打印机测试 1"的项目主要是用于打印测试信息, 用户可以通过所述 测试信息了解打印内容在打印纸上的位置是否合适等信息。
启动配置菜单触发条件为: 在预设时间段(5秒) 内, 按键次数为 3。 设定打印自检信息触发条件和启动配置菜单触发条件后,进入步骤 S301。 步骤 S301 : 按住按键开机。
步骤 S302: 计算在 5秒内的^ ¾次数。
步骤 S303 : 若按键次数为 1时, 执行"打印自检信息"项目。
步骤 S304: 若按键次数为 2时, 执行"打印机测试 1"项目。
步骤 S305: 若按键次数为 3时, 启动配置菜单。
利用实施例 , 预设时间段(如 5秒)内的按键次数对应不同的操作 , 按键 次数容易把握, 可操作性强。
请参考图 6, 为本发明一种打印机的控制方法的实施例三的流程图。
可以根据用户的使用习惯,可以将所述自检信息分为第一部分自检信息和 第二部分自检信息, 所述第一部分自检信息为打印机配置信息, 如图 7所示, 为第一部分自检信息(配置信息)示意图, 通过该配置信息, 用户可以了解如 打印机版本信息、接口方式、 波特率和数据緩冲区空间大小等信息, 决定是否 需要对打印机的参数进行配置;所述第二部分自检信息为用于指示打印机的打 印头是否损坏、 油墨浓度是否合适的字符循环信息, 如图 8所示, 为第二部分 自检信息(字符循环信息) 的示意图。
预先设置"打印第一部分自检信息 "项目执行触发条件为:开机指示信息数 值等于 1 (表示打印机从断电状态转换为供电状态); "打印第二部分自检信息" 执行触发条件为: 在打印机为供电状态时, 在预设时间段内按键时间为小于 1 秒。 预先设置配置菜单启动触发条件为:在打印机为供电状态时,按键持续时 间大于 1秒。
设定"打印第一部分自检信息 "和"打印第二部分自检信息 "项目执行触发 条件和配置菜单启动触发条件后, 进入步骤 S401。
步骤 S401 : 按住按键开机。
步骤 S402: 执行"打印第一部分自检信息 "项目。
因为打印机从断电状态转换为供电状态, 开机指示信息为 1。
步骤 S403 : 按键持续时间小于 1时, 进入步骤 S404; 否则, 则进入步骤
S405。
步骤 S404: 执行"打印第二部分自检信息 "项目。
步骤 S405: 启动配置菜单。
当用户只想了解打印机的配置信息, 那么利用上述实施例的技术方案,可 以避免打印第二部分自检信息而浪费纸张和油墨的情况的发生。
请参考图 9, 为本发明一种打印机的控制装置的结构框图。
一种打印机的控制装置, 包括: 条件信息参考单元 100、 按键信息获取单 元 200、 判断单元 300、 执行单元 400和配置菜单启动单元 500; 其中, 所述 条件信息参考单元 100用于保存用户设定的条件参考信息(所述条件参考信息 包括功能项目执行触发条件信息和配置菜单启动触发条件信息); 所述按键信 息获取单元 200用于获取用户按键信息;所述判断单元 300用于比较所述按键 信息与所述条件参考信息,并根据比较结果判断所述按键信息是否满足功能项 目执行触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件;所述执行单元 400用于当判断单元 判断所述按键信息满足功能项目执行触发条件时,执行所述功能项目; 所述配 置菜单启动单元 500 用于当判断单元判断所述按键信息满足配置菜单启动触 发条件时, 启动配置菜单。

所述按键信息可以包括: 预设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用于指 示打印机从断电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
功能项目可以是用户常用的项目, 如"打印自检信息"、 "打印机测试 1"或 "配置打印机 "等。

如果功能项目为多项时(如"打印自检信息 "和"打印机测试 1" ),按照按键 持续时间来控制执行哪项功能项目或者启动配置菜单, 按键持续时间很难把 握, 可操作性不强。
所以为了在功能项目为多项时(如"打印自检信息"和"打印机测试 1" ), 方 便用户使用, 可以设定执行 "打印自检信息 "项目的执行触发条件为: 在 5秒内 按键次数为 1 ; 执行"打印机测试 1"项目的执行触发条件为: 在 5秒内按键次 数为 2; 启动配置菜单的启动触发条件为: 在 5秒内按键次数为 3。 打印机处于供电状态时, 如果按键信息获取单元 200获取的按键信息为: 5秒内按键次数为 1次, 判断单元 300判断出所述按键次数满足 "打印自检信 息"项目执行触发条件, 执行单元 400执行"打印自检信息"项目; 如果按键信 息获取单元 200获取的按键信息为: 5秒内按键次数为 2次, 判断单元 300判 断出按键次数满足执行"打印机测试 1 "项目的执行触发条件, 执行单元 400执 行"打印机测试 1"项目; 如果按键信息获取单元 200获取的按键信息为: 5秒 内 ^¾次数为 3次,判断单元 300判断出按键次数满足配置菜单启动触发条件, 配置菜单启动单元 500启动配置菜单。
还可以根据用户的使用习惯,可以将所述自检信息分为第一部分自检信息 和第二部分自检信息,所述第一部分自检信息为打印机配置信息,如图 7所示, 通过该配置信息, 用户通过了解如打印机版本信息、接口方式、 波特率和数据 緩冲区空间大小等信息, 决定是否需要对打印机的参数进行配置; 所述第二部 分自检信息为用于指示打印机的打印头是否损坏、油墨浓度是否合适的字符循 环信息, 如图 8所示。

条件信息参考单元 200保存所述"打印第一部分自检信息"项目执行触发 条件信息和"打印第二部分自检信息"项目执行触发条件信息, 当^ ¾信息获取 单元 200获取到按键信息: 按键持续时间超过 4秒, 判断单元 300判断打印机 从断电状态转换到供电状态时,发出执行指示信息,执行单元 400接收到所述 执行指示信息时执行 "打印第一部分自检信息 "项目; 当打印机处于供电状态 时, 当按键信息获取单元 200获取到按键信息: 按键持续时间小于 1秒; 判断 单元 300 判断出按键持续时间满足"打印第二部分自检信息"项目执行触发条 件, 发出执行指示信息, 执行单元 400接收到该执行指示信息时执行"打印第 二部分自检信息"项目; 当打印机处于供电状态时, 当^ ¾信息获取单元 200 获取到按键信息:按键持续时间大于 1秒, 判断单元 300判断出按键持续时间 满足配置菜单启动触发条件,发出启动指示信息, 配置菜单启动单元 500接收 到该启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。

打印机处于供电状态时, 如果按键信息获取单元 40获取的按键信息为: 按键持续时间小于 3秒,则表示所述按键持续时间满足"打印自检信息"执行触 发条件, 执行单元 60执行"打印自检信息 "项目 , 如果按键信息获取单元 40获 取的按键信息为: 按键持续时间等于或大于 3秒, 则配置菜单启动单元 70启 动配置菜单。
如果功能项目为多项时(如"打印自检信息 "和"打印机测试 1" ),按照按键 持续时间来控制执行哪项功能项目或者启动配置菜单, 按键持续时间很难把 握, 可操作性不强。
所以为了在功能项目为多项时(如"打印自检信息 "和"打印机测试 1" ), 方 便用户使用, 可以设定 "打印自检信息"项目的执行触发条件为: 在 5秒内按 键次数为 1 ; "打印机测试 1"项目执行触发条件为: 在 5秒内按键次数为 2; 配置菜单启动触发条件为: 在 5秒内按键次数为 3。
打印机处于供电状态时,如果按键信息获取单元 40获取的按键信息为: 5 秒内^ ¾次数为 1次, 判断单元 50判断出所述按键次数满足 "打印自检信息" 项目执行触发条件, 发出第一执行指示信息 , 执行单元 60收到所述第一执行 指示信息后执行"打印自检信息"项目; 如果^ ¾信息获取单元 40获取的^ ¾ 信息为: 5秒内^ ¾次数为 2次, 判断单元 50判断出 ^¾次数满足执行 "打印 机测试 1"项目的执行触发条件, 发出第二执行指示信息, 执行单元 60接收到 所述第二执行指示信息后执行"打印机测试 1"项目;如果按键信息获取单元 40 获取的^ ¾信息为: 5秒内^ ¾次数为 3次, 判断单元 50判断出按键次数满 足配置菜单启动触发条件, 发出启动指示信息, 配置菜单启动单元 70接收到 所述启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
还可以根据用户的使用习惯,可以将所述自检信息分为第一部分自检信息 和第二部分自检信息,所述第一部分自检信息为打印机配置信息,如图 7所示, 7通过该配置信息, 用户通过了解如打印机版本信息、 接口方式、 波特率和数 据緩冲区空间大小等信息, 决定是否需要对打印机的参数进行配置; 所述第二 部分自检信息为用于指示打印机的打印头是否损坏、油墨浓度是否合适的字符 循环信息, 如图 8所示。
预先设置"打印第一部分自检信息 "项目执行触发条件为: ^¾持续时间超 过 4秒时,开机指示信息数值等于 1(表示打印机从断电状态转换为供电状态); "打印第二部分自检信息"项目执行触发条件为: 在打印机为供电状态时, 按键 持续时间小于 1秒。
预先设置配置菜单启动触发条件为:在打印机为供电状态时,按键持续时 间大于 1秒。
条件信息参考单元 30保存所述第一部分自检信息触发条件信息和所述第 二部分自检信息触发条件信息, 当^ ¾信息获取单元 40获取到^ ¾信息: 按 键持续时间超过 4秒,判断单元 50判断打印机从断电状态转换到供电状态时, 发出第一执行指示信息,执行单元 60接收到该执行指示信息后执行"打印第一 部分自检信息"项目; 当打印机处于供电状态时, 当^ ¾信息获取单元 40获取 到^ ¾信息:按键持续时间小于 1秒;判断单元 50判断出^ ¾持续时间满足 "打 印第二部分自检信息"项目执行触发条件, 发出第二执行指示信息, 执行单元 60接收到该执行指示信息后执行"打印第二部分自检信息"; 当打印机处于供 电状态时, 当按键信息获取单元 40获取到^ ¾信息: ^¾持续时间大于 1秒, 判断单元 50判断出按键持续时间满足配置菜单启动触发条件, 发出启动指示 信息, 配置菜单启动单元 70接收到该启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
本发明实施例通过设定执行常用功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动 触发条件,判断按键信息是否满足所述功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动 触发条件,当按键信息满足功能项目执行触发条件时,直接执行所述功能项目 , 可以减少直接启动配置菜单的环节,操作更加简便,对于无需进行菜单匹配而 想直接执行某功能项目的用户来说, 无需打印配置菜单, 从而节约纸张。
以上公开的仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明并非局限于此,任何本 领域的技术人员能思之的没有创造性的变化,以及在不脱离本发明原理前提下 所作的若干改进和润饰, 都应落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
设定功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜单启动触发条件;
当^ ¾信息满足所述功能项目执行触发条件时,执行所述功能项目; 当按 键信息满足配置菜单启动触发条件时, 启动配置菜单。
2、 如权利要求 1所述打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能项目执行 触发条件为: 打印机从断电状态转换成供电状态。
3、 如权利要求 1所述打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能项目执行 触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件为: 当打印机处于供电状态时,在预设时间 段内^ ¾次数大于或等于预设按键次数。
4、 如权利要求 1所述打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能项目执行 触发条件或配置菜单启动触发条件为: 当打印机处于供电状态时,按键持续时 间超过预设时间门限。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 按键信息包括: 预设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用于指示打印机从断 电状态转换成供电状态的开机指示信息。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述功能项目为 打印自检信息或配置打印机。
7、如权利要求 1所述的打印机控制方法,其特征在于,所述功能项目为"打 印第一部分自检信息 "时, 执行触发条件为: 打印机从断电状态转换成供电状 态; 所述功能项目为"打印第二部分自检信息"时, 执行触发条件为: ^¾信息 为按键持续时间等于预设时间门限; 所述配置菜单启动触发条件为: 按键信息 为按键持续时间不等于该预设时间门限。
8、 一种打印机控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 条件信息参考单元、 按键 信息获取单元、 判断单元、 执行单元和配置菜单启动单元; 其中,
所述条件信息参考单元保存用户设定的功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜 单启动触发条件的条件参考信息;
所述按键信息获取单元用于获取按键信息,并将所述按键信息提供给判断 单元; 所述判断单元将所述按键信息与所述条件参考信息作比较,根据比较结果 判断所述按键信息是否满足触发条件,在所述按键信息满足功能项目执行触发 条件时,发出执行功能项目的执行指示信息,在所述按键信息满足配置菜单启 动触发条件时, 发出启动配置菜单的启动指示信息;
执行单元接收该执行指示信息后执行所述功能项目;
配置菜单启动单元接收到所述启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的打印机控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述按键信息包 括: 预设时间段内按键次数、 ^¾持续时间或用于指示打印机从断电状态转换 成供电状态的开机指示信息。
10、一种打印机, 包括输入按键、用于打印信息的打印部件,其特征在于, 还包括条件信息参考单元、按键信息获取单元、 判断单元、执行单元和配置菜 单启动单元;
所述条件信息参考单元保存用户设定的功能项目执行触发条件和配置菜 单启动触发条件的条件参考信息;
所述按键信息获取单元与所述输入按键相连, 以获取按键信息, 并将所述
^¾信息提供给判断单元;
所述判断单元将所述按键信息与所述条件参考信息作比较,根据比较结果 判断所述按键信息是否满足触发条件,在所述按键信息满足功能项目执行触发 条件时,发出执行功能项目的执行指示信息,在所述按键信息满足配置菜单启 动触发条件时, 发出启动配置菜单的启动指示信息;
执行单元接收该执行指示信息后将所述功能项目信息发送给打印部件,配 置菜单启动单元接收到所述启动指示信息后启动配置菜单。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述按键信息包括: 预 设时间段内按键次数、按键持续时间或用于指示打印机从断电状态转换成供电 状态的开机指示信息。
