Abstract

 放熱性が良好で、LEDの損傷が防がれ、明るく、長寿命のLED光源ユニットを提供する。  プリント基板と、前記プリント基板に設けられる1個以上の発光ダイオードと、前記プリント基板を放熱部材表面に固定するための粘着テープとを有するLED光源ユニットであって、前記テープの熱伝導率が1~4W/mKであり、裏面導体回路と金属筐体との間の耐電圧が1.0kV以上であることを特徴とするLED光源ユニット。
