Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'irradiation avec des rayons ultraviolets qui génère et irradie de manière efficace un UVB pour durcir un vernis pouvant durcir aux rayons ultraviolets. La présente invention concerne notamment un appareil d'irradiation de rayon ultraviolet pour des vernis pouvant durcir aux rayons ultraviolets, comprenant un tube de décharge pour irradier et durcir un vernis pouvant durcir aux rayons ultraviolets, contenant un sensibilisateur et un initiateur de polymérisation, avec un rayon ultraviolet. plus particulièrement, un appareil d'irradiation de rayon ultraviolet (10) comprend un tube de décharge à bassepression (12) pour générer un rayon ultraviolet dans la plage de longueur d'onde UVB (la plage de longueur d'onde allant de 280 à 315 nm) et pour irradier un vernis pouvant durcir aux rayons ultraviolets en vue d'un durcissement.
