Abstract

 紫外線硬化ニスを硬化させるUVBを発生し効率的に照射させる。  増感剤と重合開始剤を含む紫外線硬化ニスに紫外線を照射させて硬化させる放電管を備えた紫外線硬化ニスの紫外線照射装置である。紫外線照射装置10は、UVB波長域(280nm~315nmの波長域)の紫外線を発生させて紫外線硬化ニスに照射させて硬化させる低圧放電管12を備えている。低圧放電管12は管内にセリウムを塗布している。また低圧放電管12は、前記紫外線硬化ニスに近接配置してある。
