Claims (5)

1. Postupak za smanjenje koncentracije migrabilnih tvari s molekulskom masom ispod 1000 Da u otiscima i premazima koji se stvrdnjavaju UV zračenjem, pri čemu se proizvodi razgradnje migrabilnih fotointilatora proizvedeni u procesu UV stvrdnjavanja i nereagirani fotoinicijatori razgrađuju u sekundarnoj reakciji zračenjem s (UVC- poboljšanim) svjetiljkama srednjeg tlaka Hg, koje imaju jako povećan intenzitet emisije na valnim duljinama < 230 nm, i proizvodi reakcije kemijski su vezani u rezultirajućoj polimernoj mreži i tako imobilizirani protiv migracije.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, u kojem se lampe od žive srednjeg pritiska koriste kao izvori fotona za ozračivanje, poželjno s intenzitetom emisije povećanom za faktor 5 u rasponu valnih duljina od 190 do 230 nm.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su proizvodi migrabilnih fotoinicijatora i nereagirani fotoinicijatori razgrađeni u inertnoj atmosferi s razinom zaostalog kisika ispod 1000 ppm.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kao fotoinicijatori koriste takozvani Norrish fotoinicijatore tipa I, koji tvore jednomolekularni raspad pobuđenog molekularnog stanja (triplet).
5. Uporaba Hg žarulja srednjeg tlaka s pojačanim UVC zračenjem za ozračivanje proizvoda razgradnje migrabilnih fotoinicijatora i nereagiranih fotoinicijatora proizvedenih u procesu UV stvrdnjavanja za smanjenje koncentracije migrabilnih tvari s molekulskom masom manjom od 1000 Da u UV-otvrdnutim otiscima i premazima.
