Abstract

【課題】簡単かつ容易に、しかも能率よく、種々の母材金属の表面に種々の金属を合金状態として確実に接合する。 【解決手段】金属の表面処理方法は、母材金属1の表面に、母材金属1と異なる金属粒である異種金属粒2をショットピーニングして、母材金属1の表面に異種金属膜3を設けるショットピーニング工程と、ショットピーニング工程で異種金属膜3を設けた母材金属1の表面に電子ビーム4を照射して異種金属膜3と母材金属1とを結合する電子線照射工程とからなる。
