Abstract

 光学素子(36)はヘッドスライダ(23)の支持面(23a)およびヘッドサスペンション(22)の間に挟み込まれる。光学素子(36)には集光面(72)および反射面(73)が区画される。集光面(72)で集光される光は反射面(73)で反射する。こうして光はヘッドスライダ(23)の光導波路(71)に導かれる。こうしたヘッドサスペンションアセンブリ(21)の製造にあたってヘッドスライダ(23)の光導波路(71)および光学素子(36)の相対位置が調整される。ヘッドスライダ(23)および光学素子(36)はこれまで以上に容易に位置決めされる。ヘッドサスペンションアセンブリ(21)の組み立ては容易に実施される。
