Abstract

EGRバルブの開閉制御を行うモータ5と、EGRバルブの実開口位置を検出するセンサ6と、EGRバルブの目標開口位置と、センサ6により検出される実開口位置とによりモータ5の駆動デューティの算出を行うモータ制御装置(制御演算部1)と、を備え、制御演算部1は、EGRバルブの目標開口位置が設定されたとき、EGRバルブの目標開口位置と実開口位置との偏差に基づき積分項を、EGRバルブの実位置の変化に基づき比例項と微分項を、目標位置の変化に基づきフィードフォワード項をそれぞれ演算し、演算された積分項と、比例項と、微分項と、フィードフォワード項とを加算減してモータ5の駆動デューティを算出し、EGRバルブの開閉制御を行うように構成した。
