Abstract

 工業的に生産が可能で、導電性が高くかつ高強度で、均一性に優れたキャパシタ用電極及びそれを使用したキャパシタを提供する。 本発明の塗布電極は、厚さが20~45μm及び見掛密度が2. 00~2. 54g/cm3 で、透気度20~120sの表裏面を貫通する多数の貫通孔を有するアルミニウムエッチング箔よりなる集電体と、この集電体上に、活物質として、リチウムイオン及びアニオンを可逆的に担持可能な物質を含有する塗料が塗布されることによって形成された電極層とを有することを特徴とする。
