Abstract
(과제) 리튬 이온 전지용 전극에 있어서의 집전체와 활물질간의 접촉 저항을 저감시키고, 집전체와 활물질 함유층의 밀착성의 향상에 기여하여, 막두께 6 ㎛ 이하로 균일하게 도공 가능한 도전 하지 도료, 이것을 사용한 리튬 이온 전지용 전극 및 리튬 이온 전지를 제공하는 것.
(해결 수단) 본 발명의 수계 도전 하지 도료는, 집전체 및 활물질을 함유하여 이루어지는 리튬 이온 전지용 전극의 도전 하지 피막을 형성하는 수계 도전 하지 도료이다. 상기 도전 하지 도료는, 박편화 흑연을 함유하고, 상기 박편화 흑연은, 50 질량% 레이저 회절 직경 (X50dif) 이 0.3 ㎛ ∼ 8 ㎛, 50 질량% 스토크스 직경 (X50st) 이 0.08 ㎛ ∼ 3.5 ㎛, 박편화 지수 (X50dif/X50st) 가 2.2 ∼ 5 이다.
(해결 수단) 본 발명의 수계 도전 하지 도료는, 집전체 및 활물질을 함유하여 이루어지는 리튬 이온 전지용 전극의 도전 하지 피막을 형성하는 수계 도전 하지 도료이다. 상기 도전 하지 도료는, 박편화 흑연을 함유하고, 상기 박편화 흑연은, 50 질량% 레이저 회절 직경 (X50dif) 이 0.3 ㎛ ∼ 8 ㎛, 50 질량% 스토크스 직경 (X50st) 이 0.08 ㎛ ∼ 3.5 ㎛, 박편화 지수 (X50dif/X50st) 가 2.2 ∼ 5 이다.
