Abstract

 耐水性や耐溶剤性などの各種の物性を低下させることなく、常温での成膜性(被覆層の均一性や耐久性など)を改良する水性ポリウレタン樹脂エマルジョン被覆剤であって、アロファネート変性ジイソシアネート(a1)及び有機ジイソシアネート(a2)を含有するポリイソシアネート(A)、高分子ポリオール(B)、カルボキシル基含有低分子グリコール(C)を反応させて得られるウレタンプレポリマー(D)と、多官能ポリイソシアネート(E)を混合し、中和処理後に水と混合して乳化分散させた後に、鎖延長剤(F)と反応させたポリウレタン樹脂を主剤とする、水性ポリウレタン樹脂エマルジョン組成物。
