Abstract

 バルジ成形加工装置(10)は、加熱ステーション(14)、拡管ステーション(16)、予備成形ステーション(18)、本成形ステーション(20)を有する。ワークである直管(12)は第1保持機構(22a、22a)又は第2保持機構(22b、22b)に挟持され、これら第1保持機構(22a、22a)又は第2保持機構(22b、22b)が変位することに伴って、前記の各ステーション(14、16、18、20)間を移送される。予備成形加工及び本成形加工の間、第1保持機構(22a、22a)及び第2保持機構(22b、22b)の双方は、鉛直方向に昇降可能且つ水平方向に移動可能である。
