智能卡中预先存储有持卡人(访问者) 的某一个或多个生物特征数据 (例 如.. 表示智能卡持有人的指紋、 掌紋、 虹膜、 容貌、 声音等特征数据) , 生物 特征采集装置 20中至少包括一种与所述智能卡中生物特征数据对应的生物特 征采集装置 (例: 容貌或虹膜特征的容貌 /虹膜采集器) 。 智能卡读写器 10读 取智能卡中持卡人的身份资料和反映持卡人容貌或虹膜特征的生物特征数据 样本, 并将读取到的生物特征数据样本送到生物特征数据比对器 30; 生物特征 采集装置 20中的容貌 /虹膜采集器则可以现场采集访问者的容貌或虹膜特征, 并转换为生物特征数据送至生物特征数据比对器 30, 生物特征数据比对器 30 将所述智能卡读写器 10中读出的持卡人的生物特征数据样本与现场采集到的 访问者的生物特征数据进行比对, 输出一对比结果信号, 该对比结果信号传送 给一闸口控制器 40。所述闸口控制器根据比对结果控制闸口的开闭, 例如比对 结果访问者的容貌或虹膜特征与智能卡中的生物特征数据样本为 "是"时该闹 口控制器打开闸口, 否则闸口不会自动开启。
下面对本发明的生物特征采集装置的结构及其功能进行详细说明。
参见图 2, 图 2为本发明中的生物特征采集装置的电原理框图。
如图所示, 本发明所述的生物特征釆集装置 20是由一调节装载有生物特 征采集设备, 并高度随访问者身高不同而相应变化的活动平台的高度的高度调 节装置 220以及测量访问者高度的高度测量装置 210组成。
所述高度测量装置参见图 3, 图 3为高度测量装置的示意图。
本实施例的高度测量装置 210中的人体高度测量部件是采用感应人体高度 的感应器(该感应器是现有技术, 在此不作详细描述, 例采用 OMRON光电感 应器) 211, 感应器 211安装于一立柱 30上, 为使感应器 211能较精确感应各 种高度, 在立柱 30的不同高度上至少安装 2个感应器 211 , 本实施例安装了 3 个感应器 211。
如图 2所示, 感应器 211将感应到的人体高度的模拟信号送到信息收集器 212进行 A/D转换(如果使用的感应器 211中已置有 A/D转换器的部件, 该信 息收集器 212可以省略) 。 从信息收集器 212输出的人体高度的数字信号传送 到高度调节装置 220。
高度调节装置 220由利用所述高度测量装置 210传送来的人体高度信号进 行分析、 处理资料的主控制器 221、 受所述主控制器 221控制而输出调节活动 平台高度的调节信号的活动平台高度调节器 222、 高度随所述活动平台高度调 节器 222的调节信号控制能上下移动并置有生物特征识别设备的活动平台 223。 本实施例中生物特征采集设备是采用容貌 /虹膜采集器,即采用容貌识别连 摄影机 (例, 采用 CanonVC-C50i摄影机) 2232以及虹膜识别仪器 2231 (例, 采用 IrisAccess^ ^OO虹膜仪) 。
由于上述高度测量装置 210测量人体高度时可能会出现错误或偏差, 例如 当有一访问者身上背着比他本人要高的高尔夫球袋时, 高度测量装置 210测量 到的人体高度可能是背着的高尔夫球袋的高度 (超过了人体高度) , 产生了误 测量的人体高度, 使活动平台 223处于较高的位置, 活动平台 223上的生物特 征采集设备的位置高于访问者的自身高度, 给访问者的使用带来不便。 为此, 本实施例中所述高度调节装置 220的活动平台高度调节器 222中还连接一手动 控制器 224, 本实施例中采用三个高度调节按钮 Pl、 P2、 P3, 这样当高度感应 器感应到错误信息或出现误差时, 访问者可以通过按动手动控制器 224上的高 度调节按钮 Pl、 P2、 ?3来修正活动平台 223的高度, 使生物特征采集设备刚 好调节到该访问者人 高度所需的位置。
本实施例中将高度调节装置 220置于如图 4所示的操作柜中, 图 4为装载 有置有生物特征识别设备的活动平台的高度调节装置的实施例示意屈。
如图 4所示, 高度调节装置 220中的活动平台 223置于操作柜 40的上方, 活动平台 223上置有容貌识别连摄影机 2232以及虹膜识别仪器 2231, 主控制 器 221、 活动平台高度调节器 222置于操作柜 40的下部柜内 (未图示) , 在活 动平台 223—侧的操作柜 40上安装手动控制器 224,本实施例是三个相隔安装 的高度调节按钮 Pl、 P2、 P3 o
上述高度测量装置 210对访问者的身高进行测量, 根据测量到的人体高度 输出人体高度信号, 该人体高度信号输入到高度调节装置 220, 控制活动平台 223向高低方向移动,使装载于活动平台 223上的容貌识别连摄影机 2232以及 虹膜识别仪器 2231处于访问者使用的最佳位置, 使用相当方便。
参见图 5 ( a) 、 (b) , 图 5 ( a) 、 (b) 为图 4高度调节装置实施例的内 部结构示意图, 其中图 5 ( a) 为活动平台 223处于高处时的示意图; 图 5 (b) 为活动平台 223处于低处时的示意图。
本实施例中的高度调节装置 210中的活动平台高度调节器 222为一高度调 节杆, 该高度调节杆包括一受所述主控制器输出的人体高度信号控制开闭的马 达 51以及受所述马达 51控制的机械传动装置, 该机械传动装置在本实施例中 釆用的是如图 5所示的丝杆 52, 也可以使用皮带轮装置(未图示) 。 活动平台 223套接在丝杆 52上, 马达 51的开闭信号受主控制器 221输出的访问者的人 体高度信号控制, 这样就可以通过马达 51控制丝杆 52来调节活动平台 223的 高度位置, 例如, 对个子较高的访问者, 活动平台 223处于如图 5中的 (a)所 示的较高的位置; 对个子较矮的访问者, 活动平台 223处于如图 5中的 (b) 所示的较低的位置。 上述手动控制器 224与所述马达 51连接, 由访问者手动 操作活动平台高度调节器 222。
本实施例中的高度测量装置 211可以采用一由至少 2个红外感应器组成的 感应屏幕, 该感应屏幕感应到访问者的身高后, 输出一人体高度信号到所述高 度调节装置 220,通过该高度调节装置 220来控制容貌识别连摄影机 2232以及 虹膜识别仪器 2231到合适的釆集位置对访问者的生物特征数据进行采集。
上述高度调节装置 220也可以不采用操作柜的形式, 而是采用一吊臂, 将 生物特征数据采集装置置于吊臂的顶端, 通过感应到的人体高度信号控制吊臂 将生物特征数据采集装置送至使用者面前, 吊臂的运作不限于机械传动, 也可 以釆用液压传动等多种方式。
高度测量装置 211也可以采用较原始的常见于身高测量仪的装置, 这种装 置通过伸出的水平标杆向下移动, 直至该水平标杆与人的头部最高端物理接触 后停止,这样同样可以测到访问者身体高度信息号,该信号通过信息收集器 212 输出的数字信号, 同样可以控制高度调节装置 220。
为了扩大本装置的适用范围, 本实施例中的智能卡读写器 10包括一个智 能卡身份证阅读器和一个电子护照阅读器, 这样不仅可以利用智能卡身份证鉴 别访问者身份, 还可以利用电子护照鉴别, 因此可将本装置应用于大到机场车 站安检、 出入国境管理, 小到门禁考勤、 公园入口等多种场合。
另外, 由于智能卡发行方有很多, 不同的发行方可能在智能卡中存储不同 的生物特征数据以供核査, 例如不同的国家发行的身份证或护照, 可能有的存 入容貌 /虹膜信息, 有的却存入指纹信息, 在发行方可靠的前提下, 为了使本发 明的装置能够适用于不同的发行方, 本实施例中的生物特征采集装置还包括一 活体指紋采集器, 该活体指紋采集器可采集访问者的指紋信息并通过生物特征 比对装置与相应智能卡中读出的指纹数据进行比对。 同样, 所述生物特征采集 装置还可以包括一声音特征采集器。
本实施例中的生物特征识别访问控制装置还可以配设以下装置
a. 计算机视觉防尾随装置(未图示), 所述计算机视觉防尾随装置包括包 括若干摄录探头及与所述数个探头连接的工业计算机以及示警装置, 所述数个 探头将拍到的闸口处图像传给一工业计算机, 由计算机通过软件分析及判断是 否有人尾随, 有则反馈信号给闸口控制器关闭闸口, 并示警。 这样可以防止有 人在没有使用电子证件验证和记录的情况下, 非法尾随进入。
b. 标签打印机(未图示), 可在成功核对访问者身份后将记录访问者的进 入条件、访问时间,逗留时间等资料打印出来贴在访问者证件上,以增强安全性。 另外所述标签打印出口处设有一可感应到标签是否被取走的感应器, 如被取走 才打幵间口。 防止访问者忘记取标签。
当然, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 不花费创造性的劳动, 在上述实施例 的基础上能够作多种变化, 同样能够实现本发明的目的。 但是, 这种变化显然 应该在本发明的权利要求书的保护范围内。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到, 以上的实施例仅是用来说明本 发明, 而并非用作为对本发明的限定, 只要在本发明的实质精神范围内, 对以 上所述实施例的变化、 变型都将落在本发明权利要求书的范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种生物特征识别访问控制装置, 包括: 一读取智能卡信息的智能卡 读写器, 所述智能卡预存储有持卡人的多个生物特征数据; 一与所述智能卡中 至少一种所述生物特征数据对应的生物特征釆集装置; 一将所述智能卡读写器 中读出的智能卡的生物特征数据样本与所述生物特征采集装置现场采集到的 访问者的生物特征数据进行比对的生物特征数据比对器, 输出一对比结果信 号; 一接收所述生物特征数据比对器的对比结果信号, 并根据该对比结果信号 开闭闸口的闸口控制器, 其特征在于:
所述生物特征采集装置由一调节装载有生物特征采集设备的活动平台的 高度的高度调节装置以及测量访问者高度的高度测量装置组成, 其中:
所述高度测量装置由至少两个感应人体高度的感应器以及接收所述感应 器的人体高度信号, 输出人体高度的数字信号的信息收集器组成;
所述高度调节装置由利用所述高度测量装置传送来的人体高度数字信号 进行分析、 处理资料的主控制器、 受所述主控制器控制而输出调节活动平台高 度的调节信号的活动平台高度调节器以及高度随所述活动平台高度调节器的 调节信号控制能上下移动并置有生物特征识别设备的活动平台组成。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述生物特征采集装置是指置有指紋釆集器或掌紋采集器或虹膜采集器 或容貌采集器或声音采集器。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述活动平台高度调节器为一高度调节杆, 由受所述主控制器输出的人体 高度信号控制开闭的马达以及受所述马达控制的机械传动装置组成。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述活动平台高度调节器还连接一手动控制器, 所述手动控制器与所述马 达连接。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述智能卡读写器包括一智能卡身份证阅读器和一电子护照阅读器。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述生物特征采集装置还包括一活体指紋采集器。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述生物特征采集装置还包括一声音特征采集器。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述生物特征识别访问控制装置还包括一计算机视觉防尾随装置, 所述计 算机视觉防尾随装置包括数个摄录探头及与所述数个探头连接的工业计算机 以及示警装置。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述生物特征识别访问控制装置还包括一标签打印机。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的生物特征识别访问控制装置, 其特征在于- 所述标签打印出口处设有一可感应到标签是否被取走的感应器。
