Abstract

L'invention concerne une habitation constituée par un ou plusieurs modules (1 et 1') tridimensionnels, de préférence en béton, qui comprennent des moyens complémentaires d'accouplement (7 et 7') permettant de disposer les modules de manière collatérale et/ou superposée afin que soit formée une habitation présentant plusieurs pièces ou plusieurs habitations. L'habitation de l'invention comprend un accès (2) à l'intérieur, des fenêtres (9) et des orifices avec des conduits (3) pour des cheminées (4), des ouvertures d'aération et des puits de lumière (5). Le ou les modules (1 et 1') qui constituent la ou les habitations sont implantés dans une excavation ou caverne formée dans un terrain approprié (6), et sont complètement recouverts, à l'exception de la paroi offrant un accès (2) qui comprent la porte (8) et/ou les fenêtres (9), par la terre naturelle correspondant au terrain (6) dans lequel est formée l'excavation d'implantation des modules (1 et 1') et par conséquent de la ou des habitations.
