Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de sous-refroidissement qui peut maintenir un objet stocké dans un état non congelé par alimentation d'énergie et génération d'un champ électrique, ce qui permet d'obtenir des informations sur l'état non congelé de l'objet stocké. L'appareil de sous-refroidissement comprend un espace pour le stockage d'un objet, un module de fonctionnement sans congélation destiné à maintenir un état non congelé au-dessous d'une température de transition de phase par alimentation en air froid et en énergie de l'espace de stockage, et un module destiné à fournir des informations sur l'état non congelé de l'objet stocké.
