Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schraubrad, dessen Zahnkranz (2) durch Umspritzen eines Grundkörpers (l) mit einem Kunststoff gebildet ist. Aufgabe ist es, ein gattungsgemäßes Schraubrad zu schaffen, bei welchem zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und dem Zahnkranz (2) eine Verbindung besteht, deren Festigkeit auch die Übertragung großer Momente zuverlässig ermöglicht. Der Grundkörper (1) des vorgeschlagenen Schraubrades ist als ein Flansch ausgebildet, dessen scheibenförmiger Bereich (1') mit dem Kunststoffzahnkranz (2) umspritzt ist. Der sich an den Bereich (1') anschließende Bereich (1') mit reduziertem Durchmesser bildet eine Nabe zur drehfesten Montage des Schraubrades auf einer Welle aus. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Bereich (1') des Flansches axial beidseitig jeweils mehrere, auf seinem Umfang verteilt angeordnete, sich vornehmlich in der axialen Richtung erstreckende, den Bereich (1') jedoch nicht durchragende Ausnehmungen (3, 3') auf. Die Ausnehmungen (3, 3') sind schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet, so dass die zwischen ihnen stehen gebliebenen Abschnitte (4, 4') des Außenumfangs des Bereichs (1') durch die in der axialen Richtung verlaufenden Ränder der Ausnehmungen (3, 3') hinterschnitten sind.
