如果远端服务器 102中的语音识别控制模块 122查找到了一个语音 信号对应的多个电话号码, 则将查找到的多个电话号码通过数据传输模 块 121反馈给电话机 101。
这种情况下, 电话机 101通过数据传输模块 112接收来自远端服务 器 102的多个电话号码, 通过显示模块 115显示给用户, 并将用户输入 的选择指令所对应的一个电话号码发送给远端服务器 102, 由远端服务 器 102的呼叫模块 123根据接收到的电话号码建立呼叫。
可见, 虽然被叫用户的电话号码等信息存储与电话机 101之外的远 端服务器 102, 但用户仍然可以从被叫用户对应的多个电话号码中任意 选择一个发起呼叫, 使得本实施方式的技术方案具有较高的灵活性和实 用性。
以上是对本发明实施方式中通信终端呼叫系统的详细说明, 下面, 对本发明实施方式中的通信终端呼叫方法进行说明。
图 2为本发明实施方式中的通信终端呼叫方法流程图。如图 2所示, 以通信终端为电话机为例, 本实施方式中的通信终端呼叫方法包括以下 步骤:
步骤 201 , 用户摘机并输入语音信息。
本步骤中, 电话机还可以进一步判断其语音键是否激活, 如未激活 则结束本流程, 如已激活则电话机内部可以对接收到的语音命令进行干 扰消除, 提取有效的语音信号, 如果未激活, 则结束本流程或等待语音 按键的激活。
本步骤中, 如果语音按键已激活, 则在该语音按键被去激活时结束 本流程或等待下次激活。
步骤 202, 电话机根据用户发出的与被叫用户对应的语音命令, 向 远端服务器发送对应的语音信号。
步骤 203 , 远端服务器根据数据库中语音信号与电话号码的映射关 系, 在数据库中查找与来自电话机的语音信号对应的电话号码。
本步骤中, 在查找对应的电话号码之前, 远端服务器可以进一步判 断接收到的语音信号是否与预先存储的语音信号匹配, 如果是, 则可以 继续执行步骤 204; 否则, 确定来自电话机的语音信号无效, 并可以向 电话机下发输入无效控制指令或结束本流程, 还可以向电话机下发询问 指令,以询问用户是否希望将该语音信息增加到数据库和 /或远端服务器 中, 并在用户确认并通过电话机返回确认信息之后, 将该语音信息存储 在数据库和 /或远端服务器中。 步骤 204, 远端服务器根据查找到的电话号码建立呼叫。
本步骤中, 远端服务器还可以向发起呼叫的电话基下发被叫用户信 息, 由该电话机在屏幕上显示被叫信息,并等待被叫用户摘机进行通话。
步骤 205, 通话结束, 用户挂机。
至此, 本流程结束。
由上述流程可见, 电话号码等信息均存储于数据库中, 电话机中不 需要存储电话号码等任何信息, 因而不存在存储空间有限的问题, 用户 也可以在任何一个电话机发起语音呼叫而不需要向其当前使用的电话 机重新输入该用户所需的电话号码等信息, 提高了语音呼叫的灵活性。 而且, 语音信号的识别均由远端服务器来完成, 电话机中不需要设置语 音识别控制模块, 降低了电话机的成本。 电话机和远端服务器之间可以 基于各种协议进行信号传输, 还使得上述技术方案具有较高的通用性。 在建立呼叫时, 远端服务器还可以将被叫用户信息下发给发起呼叫的电 话机, 并由电话机显示给用户, 使得用户能够直观地获知当前与其通话 的被叫用户信息。
实际应用中, 如果在步骤 203中, 远端服务器查找到的多个被叫用 户所对应的电话号码, 则可以将查找到的多个电话号码下发给发起呼叫 的电话机, 并由该电话机显示给用户, 用户可任意选择一个电话号码反 馈给远端服务器, 并在步骤 204由远端服务器根据用户选择的电话号码 建立呼叫。 这样, 进一步增加了本实施方式中技术方案的灵活性。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围 并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范 围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
远端服务器根据接收到的语音信号和预先设置的语音信号与电话号 码的映射关系, 查找对应的电话号码。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述查找 对应的电话号码之后, 该方法进一步包括: 才艮据查找到的电话号码建立 呼叫。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 在远端服 务器接收到语音信号之前, 该方法进一步包括: 通信终端接收用户发出 的语音命令, 并消除接收到的语音命令中的干扰信号。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述消除 接收到的语音命令中的干扰信号之前, 该方法进一步包括:
通信终端判断其语音按键是否激活, 如果是, 则执行所述从接收到 的语音命令中提取有效的语音信号, 否则, 结束本流程或等待所述语音 按键的激活。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述查找 对应的电话号码之前, 该方法进一步包括:
远端服务器判断接收到的语音信号是否与预先存储的语音信号匹 配, 如果是, 则执行所述查找对应的电话号码, 否则, 确定来自通信终 端的语音信号无效。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定 来自通信终端的语音信号无效之后, 该方法进一步包括: 向通信终端下 发输入无效控制指令;
或者, 向通信终端下发询问指令, 并在用户通过通信终端返回确认 信息之后将该语音信息存储在数据库和 /或远端服务器中。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的通信终端呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述查找 到的电话号码为多个, 则所述才 据查找到的电话号码建立呼叫包括: 远端服务器把所有查找到的电话号码反馈给通信终端;
通信终端将接收到的所有电话号码显示给用户, 并将用户选择的一 个电话号码发送给远端服务器;
远端服务器所述用户选择的电话号码建立呼叫。
8、如权利要求 2到 7中任一项所述的通信终端呼叫方法,其特征在 于, 远端服务器和通信终端之间基于初始会话协议 SIP、 或媒体网关控 制协议 MGCP或 H.248进行信息传输。
9、 一种通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 通信终端和 远端服务器, 其中,
所述通信终端, 用于根据用户发出的与被叫用户对应的语音命令, 向所述远端服务器发送对应的语音信号;
所述远端服务器, 用于根据预先存储的语音信号与电话号码的映射 关系, 查找预先存储的与来自通信终端的语音信号对应的电话号码。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 该系统 进一步包括数据库, 用于存储所有通信终端对应的电话号码、 以及电话 号码与语音信号的映射关系。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 所述数 据库为所述远端服务器的内部模块。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信终端至少包括: 第一数据传输模块, 用于与所述远端服务 器之间的信息传输;
所述通信终端进一步包括: 语音接收模块, 用于接收用户发出的与 被叫用户对应的语音命令, 生成语音信号;
所述远端服务器至少包括第二数据传输模块, 用于与所述通信终端 之间的信息传输; 语音识别控制模块, 用于根据数据库中语音信号与电 话号码的映射关系, 在数据库中查找与来自通信终端的语音信号对应的 电话号码;
所述远端服务器进一步包括呼叫模块, 用于根据查找到的电话号码 建立呼叫。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 所述通 信终端进一步包括语音呼叫按键, 用于对语音接收模块进行使能控制。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的通信终端呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 所述通 信终端进一步包括声波处理模块, 用于从语音接收模块生成的语音信号 中提取有效的语音信号, 并将提取出的有效语音信号输出给第一数据传 输模块。
15、如权利要求 9至 14中任意一项所述的通信终端呼叫系统,其特 征在于, 所述远端服务器进一步判断来自通信终端的语音信号是否与预 先存储的语音信号匹配, 如果有与所述存储的语音信号匹配的语音信 号, 则指示语音识别控制模块在数据库中查找与所述语音信号对应的电 话号码; 否则, 向所述通信终端下发输入无效控制指令, 或者向通信终 端下发询问指令;
所述通信终端进一步将所述输入无效控制指令转换为提示消息并显 示; 或者, 将所述询问指令转换为提示消息并显示, 并将用户输入的确 认指令及对应的电话号码、 或者放弃指令发送给所述远端服务器。
16、如权利要求 9至 14中任意一项所述的通信终端呼叫系统,其特 征在于, 所述查找到的电话号码为多个;
所述通信终端进一步显示所述多个电话号码将用户输入的选择指令 所对应的一个电话号码通过数据传输模块发送给远端服务器。
17、 一种远端服务器, 其特征在于, 至少包括: 语音识别控制模块 和数据库, 其中,
所述语音识别控制模块, 用于根据预设语音信号与电话号码的映射 关系, 查找预设的与接收到的语音信号对应的电话号码;
所述数据库, 用于存储所述语音信号与电话号码的映射关系、 以及 语音信号对应的电话号码。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的远端服务器, 其特征在于, 该远端服务器 进一步包括: 呼叫模块, 用于根据查找到的电话号码建立呼叫。
19、 如权利要求 17或 18所述的远端服务器, 其特征在于, 所述语 音识别控制模块进一步判断所述接收到的语音信号是否与存储的语音 信号匹配, 如果有与所述存储的语音信号匹配的语音信号, 则查找与所 述语音信号对应的电话号码; 否则发送输入无效控制指令。
20、 如权利要求 17或 18所述的远端服务器, 其特征在于, 所述语 音识别控制模块所述接收到的语音信号是否与存储的语音信号匹配, 如 果有与所述存储的语音信号匹配的语音信号, 则查找与所述语音信号对 应的电话号码; 否则发送询问指令; 根据所述询问指令反馈的确认指令 对应的语音信号将^^据所述询问指令反馈的确认指令对应的语音信号、 及其对应的电话号码和二者的映射关系存储到数据库。
