Abstract

Oszillatorkreis, bestehend aus einem Verbund von zwei Eintor- Oberflächenwellenresonatoren (SAW; 12,13) in Verbindung mit einer aktiven elektronischen Schaltung. Die SAW-Resonatoren im Verbund können parallel bzw. in Reihe geschaltet sein (dann jeweils bei der hochfrequenten Antiresonanz bzw. hochfrequenten Resonanz schwingend eingestellt). Dabei können Kapazitäten verwendet werden, z.B. einzelne Kapazitäten in Reihe mit den jeweiligen SAW- Resonatoren oder als parallele Kapazität (15) dazu; induktive Bauelemente sollen vermieden werden. Die Resonatoren beinhalten interdigitale Wandler (IDT; 123, 133), deren Eigenschaften wie Aperturen, Anzahl der Finger, Dicke der Elektrodenschichten sowie die Ausbreitungsrichtungen so gewählt werden, dass die Änderung der Temperatur-Phase-Charakteristik des Verbundes mit dem entgegengesetzten Vorzeichen der Änderung der Temperatur-Phase-Charakteristik der übrigen Elemente des Oszillatorkreises erfolgt. Dies kann auch durch die Wahl des Betrages des negativen differentiellen Widerstandes/Leitwertes der aktiven elektronischen Schaltung geschehen.
