  • the present technical solutions of yarn traversing upon its winding on a bobbin are mostly based on a system of pulley guiding in a shaped guiding groove performed in a traversing disk or guiding of a pair of pulleys on a shaped guiding rib of the traversing disk, while the pulley or pulleys are connected with the traversing rod carrying the traversing guides of the yarn being wound.
  • a similar solution for yarn traversing is based on a system formed by a radial cam with pulley, while the pulley is connected with the traversing rod carrying yarn traversing guides.
  • Another disadvantage of these devices is that it is difficult to change parameters of motion of the traversing rod, especially the course of a lifting dependence and a speed of motion of traversing rod at change of angle of yarn crossing on a bobbin being wound, which in these embodiments must be changed by a change of parameters of mechanical coupling between the motion of traversing rod and the basic driving body, which represents relatively demanding activity including also a replacement of the grooved roller.
  • a yarn traversing by means of electronically controlled linear motors, which is performed by means of a device containing the traversing rod arranged in a linear adjustable manner alongside the line of operating units, while in the area of each operating unit a yarn guide is mounted on the traversing rod.
  • the traversing rod is driven by a linear motor, whose parameters of motion, especially the parameters of lift and speed of feed, are adjustable and controllable electronically.

  • Electronic changeover of parameters of motion of the traversing element especially of the speed of traversing element for the purpose of change of crossing angle the wound yam and reset of skein reeling is quick and simple for the machine operator.
  • Another advantage is elimination of inaccuracies of package in the dead centres and attaining of an optimum course of crossing angle of the yarn being wound in the dead centres for various kinds of yam being wound.
  • the advantage when compared with traversing of yarn by means of electronically controllable linear motors is that it secures an exact position of the dead centre of the traversing element by means of a mechanical coupling between the main crank and the traversing element.
  • Another advantage is more simple structure of the machine and achieving of a higher traversing speed of yarn at lower financial expenses.
  • the mentioned method of yarn traversing may be used with advantage upon winding of a cone cross-wound bobbin to ensure a constant crossing angle along the straight line of reel cylindrical surface.
  • the principle of the device for traversing of yarn upon the yarn winding on a bobbin according to the above mentioned method lies in that, that to the traversing element by its one end there is rotatably connected a draw bar whose second end is rotatably connected with the rotatably mounted main crank coupled with the movable section of the rotating electronic controllable drive coupled with the control device.
  • the main crank is together with the electronic controllable drive by means of a shifting coupling connected with a frame of textile machine to ensure the overlapping of yarn package in the dead centres, i.e. blurring.
  • the invention is schematically represented on the drawing where the Fig. 1 represents a device for yarn traversing with cam drive of blurring and with drive of lower traversing, the Fig. 2 a device for yarn traversing with crank drive of blurring and with drive of lower traversing, the Fig. 3 represents a device of yarn traversing with belt gear without drive of lower traversing and without blurring, the Fig. 4 a device for yarn traversing with direct drive and without blurring, and the Fig. 5 another embodiment of the device for yarn traversing with drive of blurring and with crank drive of lower traversing.   • the invention will be described on an exemplary embodiment of several devices for yarn traversing upon yarn winding on bobbins on a rotor spinning machine comprising quantity of winding units arranged in at least one row side by side.
  • Each winding unit comprises a bobbin 7, that is rotatably mounted in a not represented bobbin frame.
  • the bobbin 7 is driven by a support winding roller 9 securing the rotation motion of the bobbin 7. while along the width of bobbins 7 on each operating unit the yarn is traversed by means of yarn guides 6.
  • the yarn guides 6 on one side of the machine are mounted on a common traversing element I-, which is arranged along the line of winding units.
  • the traversing element 1 of yarn is in a known manner reversibly in a traverse way mounted in machine frame and is coupled with the drive.
  • the traversing element 1 by means of the draw bar 2 is coupled with rotatably mounted main crank 3, which is coupled with electronic controllable rotation drive 4.
  • the main crank 3 is coupled directly with electronic controllable rotation drive 4.
  • the main crank 3 is with electronic controllable rotation drive 4 coupled by means of belt gear 10.
  • the main crank 3 is with electronic controllable rotation drive 4 coupled by means of another suitable gear or through other suitable manner.
  • the rate of continuous slowing down and following acceleration of angle speed of the main crank 3 is in a direct dependence as to the required angle of crossing the package on the bobbin being wound 7 and/or it is in a direct dependence on position of the traversing element JL
  • the required change in speed of the main crank 3 is initiated by change in speed of motion of movable parts of electronic controllable rotation drive 4 coupled with rotatably mounted main crank 3.
  • the electronic controllable rotation drive 4 is via a not represented power member coupled with the control device 5, which controls operation of the drive 4 in compliance with the pre-programmed required course of speed of motion of the main crank 3.
  • the control device 5 is provided with not represented means for control or setting of running of the control device 5 , and/or it is provided with not represented means for connection of control or adjustment means for running of the control device 5 , and/or it is coupled with the not represented superior control device, e.g. control device of the whole machine, which monitors, evaluates and controls activity of the control device 5, and whose peripheral device serves also as a peripheral device for setting the parameters of the control device 5.
  • the control device 5 is formed by the control device of the whole machine.
  • the device further comprises not represented means to monitor position and/or speed of rotation of winding rollers 9 of winding units, while these means are coupled with the control device 5, so that the data on position and/or speed of motion of winding rollers 9 are transferred into the control device 5, which enables to correct motion of electronic controllable rotation drive 4 according to the data on position and/or speed of motion of the winding rollers 9. Through this the angle speed of the main crank 3 is achieved which corresponds to the operation speed of winding rollers 9.
  • the main crank 3 and electronic controllable rotation drive 4 are jointly reversibly by means of a shifting coupling in direction of shifting motion of the traversing element 1 mounted in structure of the machine, while frequency of their joint reversibly shifting motion is different from frequency of rotation motion of the main crank 3, which enables to reach the required change of border positions of traversing guides 6 of yarn for overlapping of yarn package in the dead centres, so called blurring .
  • the main crank 3 and electronic controllable rotation drive 4 are coupled with eccentric 14, which is attached on the rotating driving shaft 13 coupled in a not represented manner with a suitable drive, which is either formed by the present drive on the machine or by a newly added drive.
  • the driving shaft 13 is coupled with drive of winding rollers 9, which is suitable because blurring remains always the same and it does not depend on speed of the machine, of the main crank 3 etc.
  • the eccentric 14 is arranged in a bushing 14a, which is coupled with electronic controllable rotation drive 4 to ensure its reversible straight-lined motion for blurring in a required extent.
  • the required extend of blurring is adjustable by change of eccentricity on the eccentric 14.
  • the eccentric 14 is replaced by a rotating disk 14b. to which eccentrically and rotatably the first draw bar 18 is attached which is coupled with electronic controllable rotation drive_4 to ensure its reversible straight-lined motion for blurring in a required extent.
  • the required extent is adjustable through change of eccentricity of fastening the first draw bar 18 on the disk 14b.
  • 1, 2 and 5 is one of possible embodiments of traverse member of lower yarn traversing.
  • the drive of lower traversing is executed in such a way, that under the driving shaft 13 and the eccentric 14 there is arranged the eccentric 15 mounted on a rotating shaft 1j> and situated in the bushing 15a. which is coupled with the rod H of lower traversing to ensure its reversible straight-lined motion in a required extent.
  • the eccentrics 14 and 15 are coupled by means of a belt gear 17.
  • the eccentrics 14 and 15 are coupled in another suitable manner, e.g. by a chain, toothed wheels, etc.
  • the drive of lower traversing is performed so that under the driving shaft 13 and the disk 14b there is arranged the rotating disk 15b mounted on a rotating shaft 16 and equipped with rotatably and eccentrically mounted second draw bar 20, which is coupled ⁇ with the rod H of lower traversing to ensure its reversible straight-lined motion - in a required extent.
  • the disks 14b and 15b are coupled by means of the belt gear 17.
  • the disks 14b and 15b are coupled by means of another suitable manner, e.g. by a chain, toothed wheels, etc.
  • the drive of lower traversing is executed in such a way, that under the driving shaft 13 and the first crank 19 there is arranged the second crank ZI, which is by its one end rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 16 and by its second end it is rotatably coupled with the second draw bar 20, which is coupled with the rod H of lower traversing to ensure its reversible straight-lined motion in a required extent.
  • the first crank 19 and the second crank 21 are coupled by means of a belt gear 17.
  • the first and the second crank 19 and 21 are coupled by means of another suitable means, e.g. by a chain, toothed wheels, etc.
  • the device works so that in the control device 5 there is pre-programmed the required exact sequence of motion of the main crank 3 , and the control unit 5 controls operation of the rotation electronic drive 4, so that motion of the main crank 3 causes the required motion of the traversing element 1 with the aim to achieve the required or constant angle of crossing the yarn on the bobbin 7 for the required entire forming of the cheese bobbin 7.
  • the pre-programmed sequence of motion of the traversing element 1 can be at will and simply changed according to actual requirements, e.g. by means of software means.
  • the invention is applicable on textile machines, especially for yarn winding on a greater number of winding units which have the joint traversing rod or a joint traversing wire strand with individual yarn guides.
