本发明属于包装钢带生产技术领域, 特别是一种采用非调质工艺生 产高强度彩涂包装钢带的自动化生产线, 用于生产其内部组织结构为珠 光体 +铁素体的高强度彩涂包装钢带。
【背景技术】
常规生产高强度包装用钢带全部采用合金结构钢或优质碳素结构钢
(如 45#钢等)进行淬火, 然后再通过剪切、 回火、 涂层等工艺过程来实 现的。 淬火是一条独立生产线, 回火涂层是一条生产线, 全工序由两条 生产线组合而成。 目前国际上只有少数几个国家能够生产这种连续淬火 设备, 且设备投资额巨大, 生产成本高, 所生产的产品组织结构为索氏 体, 这种生产线工序不连续, 生产效率低下, 现有的淬火机组用电量高, 各种消耗指标高。 淬火线和烤兰、 浸漆等设备相互分离, 生产过程中钢 带要来回往复运送, 增加了设备投资和生产成本。
发明专利 02109635.x和发明专利申请 200410031162.8分别公开了一 种高强度包装钢带及其热处理工艺, 提出了采用一种可代替调质(淬火 + 回火) 热处理工艺的非调质热处理工艺来生产高强度包装钢带, 但是没 有公开其生产设备的组成。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 实现包装钢带的连续化、 自动化生产, 将剪切和其它 工序连成一体, 以非调质工艺和彩涂连成一体, 取消淬火工艺, 实现高 强度包装钢带 (抗拉强度 80Mpa) 的高效连续自动化生产。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
按照本发明的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带的自动化生 产线, 包括放料设备、 纵剪机组、 涂层设备、 独立重力活套机组、 成品 收卷包装设备, 其特征在于该生产线包括下列依次接续排列的设备: 张 力放卷机组、 板带焊接机、 送料压辊、 平整机、 储料仓、 张力速度控制 S 裉机组、 纵问剪切机组、 修边机、 加热炉、 第一冷却槽、 涂料槽、 涂料 烘干炉、 第二冷却槽、 蜡或油槽、 烘干塔、 差动张力速度控制 S辊机组、 独立重力活套机组、 收卷机组、 包装机组, PLC 与各机组的控制装置连 接成温度与速度的闭环控制系统, 所述的张力放卷机组包括设在放料平 台下的上料小车、 设在放料平台上的上料小车上方的放料装置, 所述的 储料仓由依次接续排列的入口斜立辊组、 储料仓本体、 出口斜立辊组所 组成, 此出口斜立辊组和所述的张力速度控制 S辊机组的入口相邻接, 所述的纵向剪切机组由依次接续排列的入口托辊、 调整装置、 压辊、 纵 剪机、 由张力板和串列的两台去毛刺机组成的修边机组和出口转向辊所 组成。
所述的张力速度控制 S辊机组由入口托辊接续呈下、上顺序错位的 S 辊及其张力速度控制装置所组成。
所述的加热炉设有自动温度控制器及入口转向辊, 加热炉出口和第 一冷却槽相上下邻接, 加热炉为电阻炉、 煤气炉或感应炉。

所述的差动张力速度控制 S辊机组由依次接续的入口转炉向辊组下 上顺序错位的差动 S辊及其张力速度控制装置所组成。
所述的独立重力活套机组设有 2〜6套并列的活套所组成, 每套独立 重力活套都设有上差动转向辊各 4件套、 中间滑动差速辊各 4件套和下 转向辊各 4组。
所述的收卷机组由依次接续的调节轮、 压紧轮即主动轮、 上尼龙轮、 W 5 ^又 曰 制装置、 F尼龙轮、 导正轮、 收料卷筒及其控制装置 和卸料小车所组成, 收卷机组和独立重力活套一一对应。
采用本发明的生产线, 其工艺流程是: 钢带从张力放卷机进入板带 焊接机焊接成无头钢带, 经平整后送入储料仓储存缓冲, 从储料仓出来 的钢带经张力速度控制 S辊机组走 S形后送入纵向剪切机组, 经张力板 和去毛刺机修边后成为光滑包装钢带后送入加热炉进行热处理、 经冷水 槽冷却后, 再经过涂料槽涂层 (采用水基涂料)、 烘干后经冷水槽进行冷 却, 再经蜡或油槽涂蜡或油、 烘干, 经差动张力速度控制 S辊机组后进 入独立重力活套, 再进入张力收卷机组收卷, 用气动剪剪切后进行包装 运输。 整个生产过程连续自动完成。
本发明与常规生产线相比, 具有下列特点:
1、 采用非调质工艺在一条生产线上可连续自动生产抗拉强度 ^SOMPa (组织结构为: 珠光体 +铁素体) 的彩涂包装钢带, 取消了淬火 工序, 降低了设备投资。
2、 由于采用了板带焊接机, 使整个钢带表面无接头, 且接缝处强度 不减。
3、 由于设置了储料仓, 使得在板带悍接机进行焊接时, 机组可以连 续运行, 提高了设备利用率, 降低了消耗。
4、 由于在纵剪机组后设置了修边机, 使成品钢带无毛剌, 边部圆滑, 提高了包装钢带质量, 更有利于包装作业。
5、 由于采用了新的涂层一烘干工艺, 涂层膜和钢带粘结牢靠, 并且 可以浸涂多种彩色涂层, 生产彩色包装钢带, 提高产品附加值。 且用水 基涂料有利于环保。
6、 采用独立重力活套可以使生产线连续运行, 由于设有多套独立重 力活套, 卸料时可自动继续工作, 并且可实现单盘独立卷取或往复卷取。
7、 采用自动风动剪, 当盘重达到规定值后, 风动剪自动工作进行剪 切, 进入下一盘卷取。
8、 整条生产线都实现了自动化连续作业, 对电网冲击小。
9、产品规格齐全, 质量精, 生产效率高。产品盘重可达 80〜500Kg, 往复缠绕宽度 64〜230mm, 钢带宽度规格齐全: 12.7-32mm等, 产品厚 0.3〜1.2mm。
10、本发明的生产线与现有生产线相比, 同规模产能投资降低 90%, 生产成本降低 40%。

如图 3所示,所述的张力速度控制 S辊机组由入口托辊 11接续呈下、 上顺序错位的 S辊 12及其张力速度控制装置所组成。
如图 3所示,所述的加热炉 20设有自动温度控制器及入口转向辊 19、 21, 加热炉出口和第一冷却槽 57相上下邻接, 加热炉为电阻炉、 煤气炉 或感应炉。
如图 1、 3、 4所示, 所述的第一冷却槽 57、 第二冷却槽 47和蜡或油 ^ J r¾UKfl ¾»S 5b, 48、 45, 第一冷却槽 57的出口上方和第二 冷却槽的入口上方以及蜡或油槽出口上方分别设有毛毡夹 55、 49、 44, 在所述的第一冷却槽 57和涂料槽 52之间的上方及在第二冷却槽 47和蜡 或油槽 46之间的上方分别设有转向辊 54, 43。
如图 3所示, 所述的涂料槽 52内设有槽内差动辊 51及其升降装置 50, 槽出口上方设有涂料厚度自动控制装置及双毛毡夹 53。
所述的涂料烘干炉 22设有上方的第一涂料烘干炉出口转向辊 23和 第二涂料烘干炉上方入口转向辊 15, 第二涂料烘干炉下方出口和第二冷 却槽 47相上下邻接, 所述的烘干塔设有出口转向辊 27、 28, 经下转向辊 组 42与差动张力速度控制 S辊机组 29接续。
所述的差动张力速度控制 S辊机组由依次接续的入口转向辊组 42、 下上顺序错位的差动张力速度控制 S辊 29及其张力速度控制装置所组 成。
所述的独立重力活套机组由 2〜6套并列的活套所组成, 每套独立重 力活套都设有上差动转向辊 31各 4件套、 中间滑动差速辊 30各 4件套 和下转向辊 36各 4组。 图中的标号 32为第二套独立重力活套的差动 S 辊, 33为中间滑动差速辊, 34为上差动转向辊。
所述的收卷机组由依次接续的调节轮 37、 压紧轮即主动轮 38、 上尼 龙轮 35、 气动剪 40及其自动控制装置、 下尼龙轮 39、 导正轮 40、 收料 卷筒 41及其控制装置和收料小车所组成, 收卷机组和独立重力活套一一 对应。
本发明的生产线将整个高强度彩涂包装钢带生产过程整合在一条生 产线上, 取消了淬火工序, 并实现了全连续的自动化生产, 显著地提高 了生产效率和产品质量, 钢带的金相组织为珠光体 +铁素体, 并且可以生 产多种彩色涂层的包装钢带。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带的自动化生产线, 包括放料设备、 纵剪机组、 涂层设备、 独立重力活套机组、 成品收卷包 装设备, 其特征在于该生产线包括下列依次接续排列的设备: 张力放卷 机组、 板带焊接机、 送料压辊、 平整机、 储料仓、 张力速度控制 S辊机 组、 纵向剪切机组、 修边机、 加热炉、 第一冷却槽、 涂料槽、 涂料烘干 炉、 第二冷却槽、 蜡或油槽、 烘干塔、 差动张力速度控制 S辊机组、 独 立重力活套机组、 收卷机组、 包装机组, PLC 与各机组的控制装置连接 成温度与速度的闭环控制系统, 所述的张力放卷机组包括设在放料平台 下的上料小车、 设在放料平台上的上料小车上方的放料装置, 所述的储 料仓由依次接续排列的入口斜立辊组、 储料仓本体、 出口斜立辊组所组 成, 此出口斜立辊组和所述的张力速度控制 S辊机组的入口相邻接, 所 述的纵向剪切机组由依次接续排列的入口托辊、 调整装置、 压辊、 纵剪 机、 由张力板和串列的两台去毛剌机组成的修边机组和出口转向辊所组 成。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的张力速度控制 S辊机组由入口托辊 接续呈下、 上顺序错位的 S辊及其张力速度控制装置所组成。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的加热炉设有自动温度控制器及入口 转向辊, 加热炉出口和第一冷却槽相上下邻接, 加热炉为电阻炉、 煤气 炉或感应炉。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的第一冷却槽、 第二冷却槽、 蜡或油 槽内分别设有差速辊, 第一冷却槽的出口上方和第二冷却槽的入口上方 以及蜡或油槽出口上方分别设有毛毡夹, 在所述的第一冷却槽和涂料槽 |曰」 上万及在第二冷却槽和蟥或油槽之间的上方分别设有转向辊。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的涂料槽内设有槽内差动辊及其升降 装置, 槽出口上方设有涂料厚度自动控制装置及双毛毡夹。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的涂料烘干炉设有上方的第一涂料烘 干炉出口转向辊和第二涂料烘干炉上方入口转向辊, 第二涂料烘干炉下 方出口和第二冷却槽相上下邻接, 所述的烘干塔设有出口转向辊经下转 向辊组与差动张力速度控制 S辊机组接续。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的差动张力速度控制 S辊机组由依次 接续的入口转炉向辊组下上顺序错位的差动 S辊及其张力速度控制装置 所组成。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的独立重力活套机组设有 2〜6套并列 的活套所组成, 每套独立重力活套都设有上差动转向辊各 4件套、 中间 滑动差速辊各 4件套和下转向辊各 4组。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的采用非调质工艺生产高强度彩涂包装钢带 的自动化生产线, 其特征在于所述的收卷机组由依次接续的调节轮、 压 紧轮即主动轮、 上尼龙轮、 气动剪及其自动控制装置、 下尼龙轮、 导正 轮、 收料卷筒及其控制装置和卸料小车所组成, 收卷机组和独立重力活 套一一对应。
