Description
まず最初に加熱作業ロールセットが外部へ移動される。次に、ロールスタンドが手動で蒸気鋼装置によって清掃される。引き続いて、冷間作業圧延セットが内部へ移動される。さらに、装置からの載置した駆動体を備える4個のロール制御組合せの移動が行われる。これは圧延ラインにおいて加熱仕上げ剪断機の移動によって生じる。
まず最初に冷却作業ロールセットが外部へ移動される。次に、加熱作業ロールが内部へ移動される。引き続いて、装置からの載置した駆動体を備える4個のロール制御組合せの移動が行われる。これは圧延ラインにおいて加熱仕上げ剪断機の移動によって生じる。
まず最初に蒸気鋼装置によるスタンドの手動清掃が行われる。この過程中に戻しポンプタンクに乳剤が案内される。次に、グリップ梁は圧縮空気によって吹き出される。引き続いて、タンクは戻し搬送ポンプ或いは排出ポンプによって最低レベルにまで空にされる。乳剤用の帰還導管に於ける付属品が対応する後滴下時間後に閉鎖される。次に、その流出口が使用された洗浄油用の新たな補集室に開放される。圧延油装置のシステムポンプのスイッチオン後にノズル梁が、必要な場合には、スタンド溜が洗浄接続部を介して圧延油で洗浄される。汚染された洗浄油は補集室を介して戻し搬送ポンプによって新たな圧延油建物内の使用された洗浄油用のタンクに排出される。最後に、圧延油用の戻しポンプタンクへの帰還路が開放される。
グリップ梁はまず最初に蒸気鋼装置により吹き出される。次に、圧延油用の戻しポンプタンクへの帰還路が対応する後滴下時間後に閉鎖される。そのときに、圧延油用の帰還路における残部排出接続部が開放される。圧延油用の帰還路における残部排出接続部の閉鎖後に、乳剤用の戻しポンプタンクへの帰還路が開放される。

Claims (9)
- 金属製品(2)を熱間圧延し、かつ、ストリップを冷間圧延する圧延装置(1)であって、
少なくとも一つのロールスタンド(3)と、ロールスタンド(3)の両側に所定長さ(L)にわたって延びる金属製品(2)用の搬送区画(4)を有する圧延装置(1)において、
搬送区画(4)の長手延長部の領域には、金属製品(2)のコイル(6)用の少なくとも一つの収容装置(5)が配置され、この収容装置は、前記熱間圧延の際には、搬送区画(4)に沿って金属製品(2)の送りを阻止しない第一位置(A)に配置され、前記コイル(6)のストリップを冷間圧延する際には、ロールスタンド(3)の近くにコイル(6)を巻解き或いは巻上げするために、搬送区画(4)に位置している第二位置(B)に配置されることを特徴とする圧延装置。 - 少なくとも一つの収容装置(5)が昇降装置(7)上に配置されて、この昇降装置によって収容装置は縦方向において所望の高さに位置決めされ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延装置。
- 昇降装置(7)上には、少なくとも一つの、ストリップ案内ロール(8)又は駆動されるストリップ案内ロール(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧延装置。
- ストリップ案内ロール(8)が昇降装置の下降された位置(A)では搬送区画(4)の他のロール(9)の高さに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧延装置。
- 移動手段(11)又は昇降手段を備える熱仕上げ剪断機(10)を備え、この熱仕上げ剪断機が作業位置(A)に移行されたり、或いはこの作業位置から引き出され得る(B)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧延装置。
- ストリップ手段(12)は、移動手段(13)又は昇降手段を備えるとともに、ストリップ支持手段及びストリップ駆動手段及びストリップ矯正手段のうちの少なくとも一つを備えていて、このストリップ手段は、作業位置(B)に移行されたり、或いはこの作業位置から引き出され得る(A)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧延装置。
- ストリップ支持手段及びストリップ駆動手段及びストリップ矯正手段のうちの少なくとも一つは、駆動体を備える制御ロールの組合せを有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧延装置。
- 特に縦方向において移動でき且つ所定高さに位置決めできるストリップ案内ロール(8)と共働する少なくとも一つの対向ロール(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧延装置。
- ロールスタンド(3)のロール(15、16)と圧延される金属製品(2)とのどちらかまたは両方に対して、冷却剤や潤滑剤を供給する手段が備えられ、この手段は選択的に圧延油か或いは乳剤を供給するように切替えできることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の圧延装置。
