Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Flüssigkeitskühlung einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine (11) und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung umfasst einen Kühlkreislauf (13), der wenigstens einen Kühlkanal (23,24,41) für ein flüssiges Kühlmittel aufweist, welcher mit wenigstens einer Komponente (12a,12b,31) der Verbrennungskraftmaschine (11) in thermischem Kontakt steht, wobei eine mit dem Kühlmittel in Kontakt kommende Wand des Kühlkanals (23,24,41) zumindest in einem Teilbereich eine mikrostrukturierte Oberfläche mit einer gewissen Porosität und Rauhigkeit aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine solche Vorrichtung hergestellt, indem man einen Kühlkreislauf für ein flüssiges Kühlmittel bildet, der Kühlkanäle aufweist, die zumindest teilweise mit der Verbrennungskraftmaschine in thermischem Kontakt gebracht werden können, wobei man zumindest auf einem Teil der mit dem flüssigen Kühlmittel in Kontakt kommenden Wänden der Kühlkanäle eine mikrostrukturierte Oberfläche erzeugt.
