Abstract
Con una función relativamente similar a la de un cinturón convencional, centra sus características en el hecho de que actúa tan sólo sobre una parte de la cintura de la prenda de vestir, por ejemplo tensionando entre dos trabillas de la misma, completándose el efecto ceñidor con el resto de la propia prenda de vestir a nivel de la cintura. Para ello está constituido por un cuerpo central (1), con cualquier configuración, naturaleza y diseño, pero constitutivo de un elemento ornamental, al que son solidarios por sus extremos dos elementos de atado o enganche (3), por ejemplo cordones, que pasan a través de una pareja de trabillas (4') de la prenda de vestir, por ejemplo del pantalón (5), se repliegan tras el cuerpo central (1) y se fijan el uno al otro mediante un atado (6) o similar, traccionando de las trabillas (4') para ceñir el pantalón (5) al cuerpo del usuario.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
Ia .- Ceñidor para prendas de vestir, tales como pantalones, faldas, faldas-pantalón, cazadoras u otras, en las que el ceñdor actúa sobre la prenda de vestir en puntos má s o menos distanciados de la misma, de manera que en el efecto de ceñido sobre la cintura del usuario participan el propio ceñidor y un sector mas o menos amplio de la prenda de vestir, caracterizado porque incorpora un cuerpo central (1) que absorbe la tensión de ceñido, cuerpo rígido, dotado en sus extremos de medios de acoplamiento (8) directo a los puntos seleccionados de la prenda de vestir, o a través de medios auxiliares (2).
2a .- Ceñidor para prendas de vestir, según reivindicación 1a , caracterizado porque el citado cuerpo central y rígido (1) incorpora en sus extremos prolongaciones (8) replegadas sobre el cuerpo (1) y determinantes de ranuras (9) de embocaduras enfrentadas, a través de las que el ceñidor se fija, por ejemplo , a respectivas trabillas de la prenda de vestir.
3a .- Ceñidor para prendas de vestir, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el citado cuerpo central y rígido (1) está estructurado mediante dos piezas (1-1' ), fisicamente independientes, dotadas de medios de enganche o fijación, mutua (7), con carácter amovible, de cualquier tipo convencional.
