Abstract
L’invention concerne une construction totalement close au travers de laquelle des véhicules peuvent circuler librement. La construction comprend un niveau au sol surmonté d’un niveau aérien. Le niveau au sol comprend des routes pour véhicules, un jardin et une rocade de verdure. Un espace d’activités humaines est aménagé sur une toiture-terrasse aérienne (5) au-dessus d’un parc de stationnement (2), du jardin et de la rocade verte, lesquels communiquent avec la toiture-terrasse aérienne (5). La construction est close et forme une zone intégrée à une enceinte (10). Un passage est ménagé dans l’enceinte. Les routes pour véhicules et l’espace d’activités humaines de la construction sont séparés si bien que les véhicules circulant librement à travers la construction n’affectent pas l’espace d’activités.
