Abstract
光量調整を行わずに、広範囲のダイナミックレンジをカバーできる光の所要時間差又は測定対象物までの距離を測定する測量装置。発光部1から射出したパルス光を参照光路F1への基準光と、測定対象物に照射され、反射されて戻る測定光路F2への測定光に分岐し、これらを受光部9で受光する。測定光路F2の途中に、多重反射光ファイバーMp1を挿入することにより、測定光は光量が順次一定の割合で減衰する多重パルス列となる。このパルス列から参照光の受光レベルと略同一の測定光を選択できる。この選択された測定光と基準光を基に、測定光が測定光路F2を通過する時間と基準光が参照光路F1を通過する時間との所要時間差又は測定対象物までの距離を測定する。
