 帯状アルミニウム板を電解槽に含まれる電解液中で陽極酸化処理する方法であって、該電解液中で対向する陽極と陰極の間に帯状アルミニウム板を配置し、該陽極と該帯状アルミニウム板との間に通電部を有する電気絶縁体を配置し、該通電部は該帯状アルミニウム板の巾手方向長さに対して外側から35%の位置以内にあり、該帯状アルミニウム板の面積に対する該通電部の面積の割合S(%)と該帯状アルミニウム板と該電気絶縁体との距離T(mm)との関係が、5(%)≦S(%)≦30(%)かつ0.2≦T≦6×S-0.8であり、該通電部を通じて該陽極と該帯状アルミニウム板間に通電し、該帯状アルミニウム板の該陰極と対面する面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成することを特徴とする。電力ロスが少ない、帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法が提供できる。

帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法、平版印刷版材料用支持体及 び陽極酸化処理装置
技術分野
[0001] 本発明はアルミニウム板面に陽極酸化膜を形成する陽極酸化処理方法、該陽極酸 化処理方法に用いられる陽極酸化処理装置及び該陽極酸化処理方法を用いて製 造された平版印刷版材料に用いられるアルミニウム支持体に関する。
背景技術
[0002] 平版印刷に用いられる平版印刷版の支持体としてアルミニウム板を用いることが知 られている。
[0003] 平版印刷版の支持体として用いられアルミニウム板としては、保水性、耐刷性など の印刷適性を付与するため、その表面に粗面化及び陽極酸ィ匕処理が施されたもの が広く用いられている。
[0004] 上記の陽極酸ィ匕処理する方法としては例えば、帯状金属板を電解液中で連続走 行させ、該金属板とこの一表面上に展開する電極との間に電流を流すことにより該金 属板を電解処理する方法にぉ 、て、該金属板の該電解処理が行なわれる領域にお ける該電極とは支持体の反対側の裏面側に電気絶縁板を直接配置して該電解処理 を行なうことを特徴とする帯状金属板の電解処理方法 (特許文献 1参照)、電解液中 を連続走行する帯状金属板の両面各側にそれぞれ電極を配置してなる電解処理装 置において、該帯状金属板の一面のみを電解しょうとする際には該帯状金属板と他 面側電極との間に電気絶縁材料を配置して両者の間に電流が流れることを抑制し、 該帯状金属板の両面を電解処理する際には該電気絶縁材料を前記の配置場所か ら移動させて該両面各側の両電極と該帯状金属板との間で電流が流れるようにし、 前記両態様を反復可能とする手段を設けたことを特徴とする帯状金属板の電解処理 装置を用いる方法 (特許文献 2参照)が知られて ヽる。
[0005] また、陽極と陰極の間に帯状被処理物を配置して陽極酸化皮膜を形成するする方 法、例えば、電解液が満たされている電解槽内において、(+ )の電気を加電する給 電電極と、(一)の電気が加電される電解電極を平行平面状に対極させ、同対極間を 通過する連続帯状の被処理物の進行方向に、上記対極に対して夫々スリット板をそ のスリット部と被処理物との間隙を数 mm以内に近接して配設して仕切ると共に、上 記スリット部力 連続して被処理物の両側端耳部に、先端溝部を上記耳部と被処理 物の厚さ方向の間隙を約 lmm程度、かつ端耳部への嵌り込みの深さを通板機能の 精度と関連して数 mm以内にしてマスクセパレーターを平面状に配置して被処理物 の表裏を別々に各電極の電場を囲むように区面せしめ、同区画部を電気的に独立さ せることにより上記被処理物内を流れる電解電流を表裏方向に流すことを特徴とする 直流電解による連続コイルアルマイトの片面専用処理装置を用いる方法 (特許文献 3 参照)が知られている。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0007] 本発明の目的は、電力ロスの少ない、帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法、そ れに用いられる陽極酸化処理装置及び前記処理方法により得られる平版印刷版材 料用支持体を提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段
[0008] 本発明の上記目的は、下記の構成により達成される。
1.帯状アルミニウム板を電解槽に含まれる電解液中で陽極酸化処理する方法であ つて、該電解液中で対向する陽極と陰極の間に帯状アルミニウム板を配置し、該陽 極と該帯状アルミニウム板との間に通電部を有する電気絶縁体を配置し、該通電部 は該帯状アルミニウム板の巾手方向長さに対して外側から 35%の位置以内にあり、 該帯状アルミニウム板の面積に対する該通電部の面積の割合 S (%)と該帯状アルミ ニゥム板と該電気絶縁体との距離 T(mm)との関係が、 5 (%)≤S (%)≤30 (%)か つ 0. 2≤T≤6 X S— °·8であり、該通電部を通じて該陽極と該帯状アルミニウム板間に 通電し、該帯状アルミニウム板の該陰極と対面する面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成するこ とを特徴とする帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
2.前記帯状アルミニウム板を前記電解液中で前記陽極と前記陰極との間を長手方 向に走行させ、前記通電部が長手方向のスリット状開口部であることを特徴とする 1 に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
3.前記スリット状開口部の幅が、前記帯状アルミニウム板の幅の 5〜30%であること を特徴とする 2に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
4.前記スリット状開口部の幅が、前記帯状アルミニウム板の幅の 7〜20%であること を特徴とする 3に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
5.前記アルミニウム板を走行させる速度が 5〜: LOOmZ分であることを特徴とする 2 〜4のいずれか 1項に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸ィ匕処理方法。

[0012] 本発明は、帯状アルミニウム板を電解槽に含まれる電解液中で陽極酸化処理する 方法であって、電解液中で対向する陽極と陰極の間に帯状アルミニウム板を配置し、 該陽極と該アルミニウム板との間に通電部を有する電気絶縁体を配置し、該通電部 は該帯状アルミニウム板の巾手方向長さに対して外側から 35%の位置以内にあり、 該帯状アルミニウム板の面積に対する該通電部の面積の割合 S (%)と該帯状アルミ ニゥム板と該電気絶縁体との距離 T(mm)との関係が、 5 (%)≤S (%)≤30 (%)か つ 0. 2≤T≤6 X S— Q'8であり、該通電部を通じて該陽極と該帯状アルミニウム板間に 通電し、該帯状アルミニウム板の該陰極と対面する面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成するこ とを特徴とする。
[0013] (帯状アルミニウム板)
本発明に係る帯状アルミニウム板は、帯状のアルミニウム板であり、その材質として は純アルミニウム板またはアルミニウム合金板どちらも用いることができる。
[0014] アルミニウム合金としては、種々のものが使用でき、例えば、珪素、銅、マンガン、マ グネシゥム、クロム、亜鉛、鉛、ビスマス、ニッケル、チタン、ナトリウム、鉄等の金属と アルミニウムの合金が用いられ、各種圧延方法により製造されたアルミニウム板が使 用できる。
[0015] また、近年普及しつつあるスクラップ材およびリサイクル材などの再生アルミニウム 地金を圧延した再生アルミニウム板も使用できる。
[0016] (陽極酸化処理)
本発明に係る陽極酸化処理の前には粗面化処理 (砂目立て処理)を施すのが好ま しぐ粗面化するに先立って表面の圧延油を除去するために脱脂処理を施すことが 好ましい。
[0017] 脱脂処理としては、トリクレン、シンナー等の溶剤を用いる脱脂処理、ケシロン、トリ エタノール等のェマルジヨンを用いたェマルジヨン脱脂処理等が用いられる。又、脱 脂処理には、苛性ソーダ等のアルカリの水溶液を用いることもできる。脱脂処理に苛 性ソーダ等のアルカリ水溶液を用いた場合、上記脱脂処理のみでは除去できな 、汚 れゃ酸化皮膜も除去することができる。脱脂処理に苛性ソーダ等のアルカリ水溶液を 用いた場合、支持体の表面にはスマットが生成するので、この場合には、燐酸、硝酸 、硫酸等の酸、或いはそれらの混酸に浸漬しデスマット処理を施すことが好ましい。
[0018] 次いで粗面化処理が施される。粗面化の方法としては、例えば、機械的粗面化方 法、硝酸あるいは塩酸を主体とする電解による電解粗面化処理が挙げられる。
[0019] 機械的粗面化方法は特に限定されるものではな 、が、ブラシ研磨法、ホーユング 研磨法が好ましい。ブラシ研磨法による粗面化は、例えば、直径 0. 2〜0. 8mmのブ ラシ毛を使用した回転ブラシを回転し、支持体表面に、例えば、粒径 10〜: LOO /z m の火山灰の粒子を水に均一に分散させたスラリーを供給しながら、ブラシを押し付け て行うことができる。ホーユング研磨による粗面化は、例えば、粒径 10〜100 μ mの 火山灰の粒子を水に均一に分散させ、ノズルより圧力をかけ射出し、支持体表面に 斜めから衝突させて粗面化を行うことができる。又、例えば、支持体表面に、粒径 10 〜100 /ζ πιの研磨剤粒子を、 100〜200 /ζ πιの間隔で、 2. 5 Χ 103〜10 X 103個/ cm2の密度で存在するように塗布したシートを張り合わせ、圧力をかけてシートの粗 面パターンを転写することにより粗面化を行うこともできる。
[0020] 上記の機械的粗面化法で粗面化した後は、支持体の表面に食い込んだ研磨剤、 形成されたアルミニウム屑等を取り除くため、酸又はアルカリの水溶液に浸漬すること が好ましい。酸としては、例えば、硫酸、過硫酸、弗酸、燐酸、硝酸、塩酸等が用いら れ、塩基としては、例えば水酸ィ匕ナトリウム、水酸ィ匕カリウム等が用いられる。これらの 中でも、水酸ィ匕ナトリウム等のアルカリ水溶液を用いるのが好ましい。表面のアルミ- ゥムの溶解量としては、 0. 5〜5g/m2が好ましい。アルカリ水溶液で浸漬処理を行 つた後、燐酸、硝酸、硫酸、クロム酸等の酸或いはそれらの混酸に浸漬し中和処理を 施すことが好ましい。
[0021] 硝酸を主体とする電解液 (以下、硝酸電解液ともいう)中で行われる電解粗面化処 理は、一般には、 1〜50ボルトの範囲の電圧を印加することによって行うことができる 力 10〜30ボルトの範囲から選ぶのが好ましい。電流密度は、 10〜200A/dm2の 範囲を用いることができる力 20〜: LOOAZdm2の範囲力も選ぶのが好ましい。電気 量は、 100〜2000c/dm2の範囲を用いることができるが、 300〜1500cZdm2の範 囲から選ぶのが好ましい。電気化学的粗面化法を行う温度は、 10〜50°Cの範囲を 用いることができるが、 15〜45°Cの範囲力 選ぶのが好ましい。電解液における硝 酸濃度は 0. 1〜5質量%が好ましい。電解液には、必要に応じて、硝酸塩、塩化物、 アミン類、アルデヒド類、燐酸、クロム酸、ホウ酸、酢酸、しゅう酸、アルミニウム塩等を カロえることができる。
[0022] 上記の硝酸電解液中で電解粗面化処理を施した後は、表面の酸ィ匕アルミニウム屑 等を取り除くため、酸又はアルカリの水溶液に浸漬することが好ましい。酸としては、 例えば、硫酸、過硫酸、弗酸、燐酸、硝酸、塩酸等が用いられ、塩基としては、例え ば、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸ィ匕カリウム等が用いられる。これらの中でもアルカリの水溶 液を用いるのが好ましい。表面のアルミニウムの溶解量としては、 0. l〜2g/m2が好 ましい。又、アルカリの水溶液で浸漬処理を行った後、燐酸、硝酸、硫酸、クロム酸等 の酸或いはそれらの混酸に浸漬し中和処理を施すことが好まし 、。
[0023] 塩酸を主体とする電解液 (以下、塩酸電解液とも!ヽぅ)中での電解粗面化処理は、 塩酸濃度は 5〜20gZlであり、好ましくは 6〜15gZlである。電流密度は 15〜200A Zdm2であり、好ましくは 20〜150AZdm2である。電気量は 400〜2000CZdm2で あり、好ましくは 500〜1500CZdm2である。周波数は 40〜150Hzの範囲で行うこと が好ましい。電解液の温度は、 10〜50°Cの範囲を用いることができるが、 15〜45°C の範囲力も選ぶのが好ましい。電解液には、必要に応じて、硝酸塩、塩化物、ァミン 類、アルデヒド類、燐酸、ホウ酸、酢酸、しゅう酸、アルミニウム塩等をカ卩えることができ る。
[0024] 上記の塩酸電解液中で電解粗面化処理を施した後は、表面の酸ィ匕アルミニウム屑 等を取り除くため、酸又はアルカリの水溶液に浸漬することが好ましい。酸としては、 例えば、硫酸、過硫酸、弗酸、燐酸、硝酸、塩酸等が用いられ、塩基としては、例え ば、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸ィ匕カリウム等が用いられる。これらの中でもアルカリの水溶 液を用いるのが好ましい。表面のアルミニウムの溶解量としては、 0. l〜2gZm2が好 ましい。又、アルカリの水溶液で浸漬処理を行った後、燐酸、硝酸、硫酸等の酸或い はそれらの混酸に浸漬し中和処理を施すことが好ましい。
[0025] 粗面化された表面の算術平均粗さ (Ra)は 0. 3〜0. 8 μ mが好ましぐ粗面化処理 での電解液濃度、電流密度、電気量などの条件の組み合わせで制御することが出来 る。
[0026] 本発明に係る陽極酸化処理方法は、上記のような粗面化の次に行われるのが好ま しい。

[0047] 本発明に係る電気絶縁体は、 1015 Ω以上の体積抵抗を有するものを! ヽ、例えば 、アクリル榭脂、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン、ポリエチレンポリスチ レンなどが挙げられる力 特に強度を兼ね備えたポリ塩ィ匕ビュルやポリプロピレンを 用いることが好ましい。
[0048] 本発明に用いられる電解槽は複数連続して設けられる方がより有効である。

[0064] o ナフトキノンジアジドィ匕合物としては、特公昭 43— 28403号公報に記載されて いる 1, 2—ジァゾナフトキノンスルホン酸とピロガロール 'アセトン榭脂とのエステルが 好ましい。その他の好適なオルトキノンジアジド化合物としては例えば、米国特許第 3 , 046, 120号および同第 3, 188, 210号明糸田書【こ記載されて!ヽる 1, 2 ジァ、ノナ フトキノンー5—スルホン酸とフエノール、ホルムアルデヒド榭脂とのエステルがあり、 特開平 2— 96163号公報、特開平 2— 96165号公報および特開平 2— 96761号公 報に記載されて 、る 1 , 2 ジァゾナフトキノン 4 スルホン酸とフエノール ホルム アルデヒド榭脂とのエステルがある。その方の有用な o ナフトキノンジアジドィ匕合物 としては、数多くの特許等で公知のものが挙げられる。例えば、特開昭 47— 5303号 、同 48— 63802号、同 48— 63803号、同 48— 96575号、同 49— 38701号、同 48 — 13854号、特公昭 37— 18015号、同 41— 11222号、同 45— 9610号、同 49— 17481号公報、米国特許第 2, 797, 213号、同第 3, 454, 400号、同第 3, 544, 3 23号、同第 3, 573, 917号、同第 3, 674, 495号、同第 3, 785, 825号、英国特許 第 1, 227, 602号、同第 1, 251, 345号、同第 1, 267, 005号、同第 1, 329, 888 号、同第 1, 330, 932号、ドイツ特許第 854, 890号などの各明細書中に記載され TV、るものを挙げることができる。
[0065] o キノンジアジドィ匕合物は単独でも感光層を構成することができる力 アルカリ水 に可溶な榭脂を結合剤 (バインダー)として併用することが好ましい。この様なアル力 リ水に可溶な榭脂としては、ノボラック型の樹脂があり、例えばフエノールホルムアル デヒド榭脂、 o—、 m—および p タレゾールホルムアルデヒド榭脂、 mZp 混合タレ ゾールホルムアルデヒド榭脂、フエノール Zタレゾール(o—、 m—、 p—、 mZp およ び oZm—混合の 、ずれでもよ 、)混合ホルムアルデヒド榭脂などが挙げられる。また 、フエノール変性キシレン榭脂、ポリヒドロキシスチレン、ポリハロゲン化ヒドロキシスチ レン、特開昭 51— 34711号公報に開示されているようなフエノール性水酸基を含有 するアクリル系榭脂も用いることができる。その他の好適なノインダ一として、ノ ックコ ート層に添加する高分子化合物を形成するモノマーの例として挙げた前記(1)〜(1 2)に示すモノマー、および(13)アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、無水マレイン酸、ィタコン酸 などの不飽和カルボン酸をその構成単位とする通常 1万〜 20万の分子量を持つ共 重合体を挙げることができる。
[0066] また、上記のポジ型の感光層中には、現像条件に対する処理の安定性 ( 、わゆる 現像ラチチュード)を広げるため、特開昭 62— 251740号公報ゃ特開平 2— 96760 号公報、同 4— 68355号公報に記載されているような非イオン界面活性剤、特開昭 5 9— 121044号公報、特開平 4— 13149号公報に記載されているような両性界面活 性剤を添加することができる。
[0067] 非イオン界面活性剤の具体例としては、ソルビタントリステアレート、ソルビタンモノ パルミテート、ソルビタントリオレート、ステアリン酸モノグリセリド、ポリオキシエチレンソ ルビタンモノォレート、ポリオキシエチレンノユルフェ-ルエーテルなどが挙げられる。 両性界面活性剤の具体例としては、アルキルジ (アミノエチル)グリシン、アルキルポリ アミノエチルグリシン塩酸塩、 2—アルキル N、カルボキシェチルー N—ヒドロキシ ェチルイミダゾリ-ゥムベタインや N テトラデシルー N, N ベタイン型(例えば、商 品名ァモーゲン K、第一工業 (株)製)およびアルキルイミダゾリン系(例えば、商品名 レボン 15、三洋化成 (株)製)などが挙げられる。上記非イオン界面活性剤および両 性界面活性剤の感光性組成物中に占める割合は、 0. 05〜15質量%が好ましぐよ り好ましくは 0. 1〜5質量%でぁる。
[0068] 上記ポジ型感光層中には、露光後直ちに可視像を得るための焼き出し剤や、画像 着色剤としての染料や顔料を加えることができる。
[0069] 焼き出し剤としては、露光によって酸を放出する化合物 (光酸放出剤)と塩を形成し 得る有機染料の組合せを代表として挙げることができる。具体的には、特開昭 50— 3 6209号、同 53— 8128号の各公報に記載されている ο ナフトキノンジアジドー 4 スルホン酸ハロゲ -ドと塩形成性有機染料の組合せや、特開昭 53— 36223号、同 5 4— 74728号、同 60— 3626号、同 61— 143748号、同 61— 151644号および同 6 3— 58440号の各公報に記載されているトリハロメチルイ匕合物と塩形成性有機染料 の組合せを挙げることができる。力るトリハロメチルイ匕合物としては、ォキサゾール系 化合物とトリアジン系化合物とがあり、どちらも経時安定性に優れ、明瞭な焼き出し画 像を与える。画像の着色剤としては、前述の塩形成性有機染料以外に他の染料を用 いることができる。塩形成性有機染料も含めて、好適な染料として油溶性染料と塩基 性染料を挙げることができる。具体的には、オイルイェロー # 101、オイルイェロー # 103、オイルピンク # 312、オイルグリーン BG、オイルブルー BOS、オイルブルー # 603、オイルブラック BY、オイルブラック BS、オイルブラック T— 505 (以上、オリエン ト化学工業 (株)製)、ビクトリアピュアブルー、クリスタルバイオレット(C142555)、メ チルバイオレット(CI42535)、ェチルバイオレット、ローダミン B (CI145170B)、マラ カイトグリーン(C142000)、メチレンブルー(CI52015)などを挙げることができる。 また、特開昭 62 293247号公報に記載されて 、る染料は特に好ま U、。
[0070] (ネガ型感光層)
また、ネガ型感光層としては、感光性ジァゾィ匕合物を含む感光層、光重合性感光 層、光架橋性感光層などを有するものが挙げられる。
[0071] 感光性ジァゾィヒ合物としては、芳香族ジァゾ -ゥム塩と反応性カルボ-ル基含有有 機縮合剤、特にホルムアルデヒド、ァセトアルデヒドなどのアルデヒド類またはァセタ ール類とを酸性媒体中で縮合したジァゾ榭脂が好適に用いられる。その最も代表的 なものに P ジァゾフエ-ルァミンとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物がある。これらのジァ ゾ榭脂の合成法は、例えば、米国特許第 2, 679, 498号、同第 3, 050, 502号、同 第 3, 311, 605号および同第 3, 277, 074号の明細書に記載されている。更に、感 光性ジァゾィ匕合物としては、特公昭 49 48, 001号公報記載の芳香族ジァゾ -ゥム 塩とジァゾ -ゥム基を含まない置換芳香族化合物との共縮合ジァゾィ匕合物が好適に 用いられ、中でもカルボキシル基や水酸基のようなアルカリ可溶基で置換された芳香 族化合物との共縮合ジァゾィ匕合物が好まし 、。本発明における感光性組成物中に は、先に示したポジ型感光性組成物と同様に、塗布面質を向上するための界面活性 剤を添加することができる。

感光層の表面には、真空焼き枠を用いた密着露光の際の真空引きの時間を短縮 し、且つ焼きボケを防ぐため、マット層を設けても良い。

[0075] 以下、実施例を挙げて本発明を詳細に説明するが、本発明の態様はこれに限定さ れない。尚、実施例における「部」は、特に断りない限り「質量部」を表す。
[0076] (支持体 1〜13の作製)
0. 24mm厚、 JIS 1050のアルミニウム板 (板巾、 1000mm)を、連続して処理する 装置を用い、 5%水酸ィ匕ナトリウム水溶液中、 60°C、 10秒間、脱脂処理を行った後 水洗し、 10%硝酸水溶液中、 25°Cで 10秒間浸漬して中和した後、水洗した。
[0077] このアルミニウム板を、塩酸 llgZL、溶存アルミニウム 1. 5gZLの水溶液中で、温 度 30°C、電流密度 8kA/m2で 10秒間電解粗面化を行った後、 1%水酸化ナトリウ ム水溶液中で 20°C、 10秒間処理し、更に 10%硝酸水溶液中 25°Cで 10秒間浸漬し て中和した後、水洗した。
[0078] 上記電解粗面化されたアルミニウム板は、続いて、図 1に示すスリット形状の開口部 (以下、単にスリットと 1ヽぅ)を有する電気絶縁体を有する電解槽 (電解処理部分 3m)を 2槽 (第 1電解槽、第 2電解槽)を用いて、表 1に示す電解条件で陽極酸化処理された 。 (アルミニウム板は、第 1電解槽、続いて第 2電解槽を搬送された。 )
陽極酸化処理の電解電圧を表 1に示す。
[0079] 陽極酸化処理は、 210gZLの硫酸水溶液中、温度 30°Cで行われた。
[0080] 電気絶縁体のスリットの幅を変化させることにより、帯状アルミニウム板の面積に対 する通電部の面積の割合 S (%)は調整された。 [0081] 適用された帯状アルミニウム板の面積に対する通電部の面積の割合 S (%)と該帯 状アルミニウム板と該電気絶縁体との距離 T(mm)を表 1に示す。
[0082] 帯状アルミニウム板と陽極との距離は 50mmであった。
[0083] 続いて、水洗後、親水化処理として、 70°Cでポリビュルホスホン酸の 0. 2%水溶液 中に 30秒間浸潰し、水洗した。力べして、支持体 (平版印刷版材料用支持体) 1〜8 を得た。
[0084] 尚、支持体 9については、図 3に示す陽極酸化槽 (電解処理部分 6m) 1槽を使用し 、表 1に示す電解条件で陽極酸化処理を行った。陽極酸化処理は、 210gZLの硫 酸水溶液中、温度 30°Cで行われた。
[0085] 形成された陽極酸化被膜量を表 1に示す。
[0086] (ポジ型感光性平版印刷版の製造)
上記支持体 1〜9上に下記のポジ型感光性組成物を乾燥付き量が 2gZm2となるよ うに塗布して、ポジ型感光性平版印刷版を製造した。

メチルセ口ソルブ 200部 得られた感光性平版印刷版材料を画像露光、及び現像処理して、印刷版を作製し て、印刷を行ったところ、いずれも良好な印刷物が得られた。

表 1から、本発明の陽極酸化処理方法は、電力ロスを少なくして、アルミニウム板上 に陽極酸ィ匕被膜を形成することができることが分かる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 帯状アルミニウム板を電解槽に含まれる電解液中で陽極酸化処理する方法であって
、該電解液中で対向する陽極と陰極の間に帯状アルミニウム板を配置し、該陽極と 該帯状アルミニウム板との間に通電部を有する電気絶縁体を配置し、該通電部は該 帯状アルミニウム板の巾手方向長さに対して外側から 35%の位置以内にあり、該帯 状アルミニウム板の面積に対する該通電部の面積の割合 S (%)と該帯状アルミニゥ ム板と該電気絶縁体との距離 T (mm)との関係が、 5 (%)≤S (%)≤30 (%)かつ 0. 2≤T≤6 X S— Q'8であり、該通電部を通じて該陽極と該帯状アルミニウム板間に通電し 、該帯状アルミニウム板の該陰極と対面する面に陽極酸ィ匕皮膜を形成することを特 徴とする帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
[2] 前記帯状アルミニウム板を前記電解液中で前記陽極と前記陰極との間を長手方向 に走行させ、前記通電部が長手方向のスリット状開口部であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 1項に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
[3] 前記スリット状開口部の幅が、前記帯状アルミニウム板の幅の 5〜30%であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
[4] 前記スリット状開口部の幅が、前記帯状アルミニウム板の幅の 7〜20%であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第 3項に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法。
[5] 前記アルミニウム板を走行させる速度が 5〜: LOOmZ分であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 2〜4項のいずれか 1項に記載の帯状アルミニウム板の陽極酸化処理方法
[6] 前記陽極酸化被膜の量が、 1. 5〜4g/m2であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1〜
