Abstract

L'invention décrite ci-dessous concerne un procédé pour fabriquer de la vaisselle jetable, plus particulièrement pour fabriquer de la vaisselle en glace. Un liquide (3) est versé dans une matrice (1) avec un noyau mâle disposé initialement à l'intérieur, puis il est soumis à congélation. Un noyau mâle est placé au fond de la matrice (1), produite avec une épaisseur dirigée vers l'intérieur et formant un renfoncement circulaire, dans lequel un bord du noyau mâle est placé avec un espace correspondant à l'épaississement, afin de produire un film de glace (4) autour de ce dernier. La vaisselle produite après congélation est extraite de la matrice (1) avec le noyau mâle et ledit film de glace (4). On exclut la pénétration d'un liquide dans le contenu de la vaisselle lorsque la glace se décongèle, ainsi que la possibilité de réutiliser la vaisselle.
