Abstract
The invention relates to a braking or interception device for a lift cabin, which is guided in a shaft along vertical guide tracks (2). To permit a simple construction, the braking organ is configured by a roller (9), whose axis runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide track (2) and whose outer surface is configured as a friction surface (12). Said roller is displaceably guided by stepped shoulders (11) in a gap (20) of a pressure body (19) that runs parallel to the associated guide track (2), said gap (20) having a groove (21), which runs nearer to the guide track (2) at least towards one end. The roller (9) is connected to an arresting organ and is pre-tensioned against the guide track (2) with the aid of a spring (28). When the arresting organ releases the roller (9), the latter (9) is pressed against the guide track (2) and rolls along the latter until it reaches the end of the groove (21), where it becomes firmly clamped, thus braking the lift cabin by friction.
Claims
1. Brems- bzw. Fangeinrichtung für eine Aufzugskabine, die in einem Schacht entlang von vertikalen Führungsschienen (2) geführt ist, wobei ein mit einer Reibfläche (12) versehenes Bremsorgan in einem an der Aufzugskabine gehaltenen Druckkörper (19) der Bremseinrichtung bewegbar gehalten ist und aus einer durch ein Rückhalteorgan bestimmten inaktiven Ruhestellung an eine Führungsschiene (2) zur Anlage bringbar ist, wobei das Bremsorgan durch eine Rolle (9) gebildet ist, deren Achse normal zur Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene (2) verläuft und deren Mantelfläche als Reibfläche (12) ausgebildet ist und die mit abgesetzten Schultern (11) in einem parallel zur zugeordneten Führungsschiene (2) verlaufenden Spalt (20) des Druckkörpers (19) verschiebbar geführt ist, wobei der Spalt (20) eine Nut (21) zur Aufnahme der Reibfläche (12) der Rolle (9) aufweist, wobei die Nut (21) gegen mindestens ein Ende zu einen sich vermindernden Abstand zur Führungsschiene (2) aufweist, so dass die Rolle (9) in dieser Stellung mit ihrer Reibfläche (12) einerseits an der Führungsschiene (2) und andererseits in der Nut (21) (Position 41) anliegt und die Rolle (9) weiters in dieser Stellung mit ihren Schultern (11) an dem Spalt (20) neben der Nut (21) anliegt (Position 42), so dass eine weitere Verschiebung der Rolle (9) verhindert ist, wobei die Rolle (9) mit dem ihre inaktive Ruhestellung bestimmenden Rückhalteorgan verbunden ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Spalt 20) und die Nut (21) von einer die inaktive Ruhestellung bestimmenden Vertiefung (31) aus nach beiden Seiten erstrecken und das Rückhalteorgan ein schwenkbar gehaltenes Solenoid aufweist und die Rolle (9) durch eine Feder (28) gegen die zugeordnete Führungsschiene (2) vorgespannt ist, dergestalt, dass die Feder (28) als Druckfeder ausgebildet ist und die Rolle (9) in Richtung zur Führungsschiene (2) vorspannt, wobei der Feder (28) das Solenoid, das von einer die Geschwindigkeit der Aufzugskabine überwachenden Einrichtung gesteuert ist, entgegenwirkt und das Solenoid entregt wird, wenn eine zu hohe Geschwindigkeit an der Aufzugskabine erfasst wird, wodurch die Feder (28) einen Halter (25) und damit die Rolle (9) gegen die Führungsschiene (2) bewegt, so dass diese mit ihrer Reibfläche (12) an der Führungsschiene (2) zur Anlage kommt, in Drehung versetzt wird und an der Führungsschiene abwälzt.1. braking or catching device for an elevator car, which is guided in a shaft along vertical guide rails (2), wherein a braking surface provided with a friction surface (12) brake member in a held on the elevator car pressure body (19) of the braking device is movably held and from an inactive rest position determined by a retaining member to a guide rail (2) can be brought into abutment, wherein the braking member is formed by a roller (9) whose axis is normal to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail (2) and whose lateral surface as a friction surface (12 ) is formed and with offset shoulders (11) in a parallel to the associated guide rail (2) extending gap (20) of the pressure body (19) is displaceably guided, wherein the gap (20) has a groove (21) for receiving the friction surface (20). 12) of the roller (9), wherein the groove (21) against at least one end to a decreasing distance to the guide rail (2), so that the roller (9) rests in this position with its friction surface (12) on the one hand on the guide rail (2) and on the other hand in the groove (21) (position 41) and the roller (9) further in this position with their shoulders (11) at the gap (20) next to the groove (21) abuts (position 42), so that a further displacement of the roller (9) is prevented, wherein the roller (9) connected to the inactive rest position determining retaining member is characterized in that the gap (20) and the groove (21) extend from both sides of a recess (31) defining the inactive rest position and the retainer comprises a pivotally held solenoid and the roller (9) by a spring (28) against the associated guide rail (2) is biased, such that the spring (28) is formed as a compression spring and biases the roller (9) in the direction of the guide rail (2), wherein the spring (28) of the solenoid, the one of the speed of the elevator car on monitoring device is counteracted and the solenoid is de-energized when a too high speed is detected at the elevator car, whereby the spring (28) has a holder (25) and thus the Roller (9) against the guide rail (2) moves, so that it comes with its friction surface (12) on the guide rail (2) for abutment, is rotated and rolls on the guide rail.
