発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0021] 本発明の携帯端末用クーポン発行システム 1のシステム構成の一例を図 1のシステ ム構成図に示す。携帯端末用クーポン発行システム 1は、飲食店等の店舗の情報を インターネット等のネットワーク 10を介して提供するサーバ上で実現されると良レ、が、 他のサーバであっても良い。本明細書では店舗として飲食店の店舗である場合を示 すが、飲食店に限らず如何なる業態の店舗であっても良い。 [0022] 携帯端末用クーポン発行システム 1は、クーポンを発行する店舗の担当者が利用 する店舗端末 8 (コンピュータ端末の他、携帯電話、 PHS、 PDA等の可搬型通信端 末であっても良い）と、店舗の店員が利用する携帯端末 9 (携帯電話、 PHS、 PDA等 の可搬型通信端末）との間で、ネットワーク 10を介して情報の送受信が可能である。

[0031] クーポン発行手段 7は、追加認証情報照合手段 6での追加認証情報の照合の結果 、一致した場合には、所定の操作により、当該携帯端末 9から携帯端末用クーポンの 発行、編集等の処理を行う手段である。尚、クーポン発行手段 7は、新たな携帯端末 用のクーポンの発行を行った場合に、その発行処理を行った IDとパスワードとを記録 しておく。この携帯端末用クーポンの発行、編集等の処理は公知の方法を用いること が出来る。例えば携帯端末 9からネットワーク 10を介して、当該店舗で発行するクー ボンの情報の入力を受け付け、クーポンとして発行する。入力を受け付けるクーポン の情報としては、クーポンのテーマ (所定割合 ·所定金額の割引、性別限定割引、誕 生日特典、幹事割引（幹事分の料金が割引）、サービスの付加（一品追加等）、プレ ゼント、金券付与、割引全般等）、クーポン画面に表示するクーポンの内容を示す本 文、クーポン利用の際の注意事項、有効期限などクーポンとして提示する為の必要 な情報がある。このようなクーポンの情報を携帯端末 9から入力する画面（クーポン情 報登録画面）の一例を図 6に示す。
[0032] 例えば CHTMLコード等の所定の記述言語で表現される携帯端末用のクーポン画 面のひな形のコードに、携帯端末 9から入力されたクーポンの情報を引数として代入 することで、携帯端末用のクーポン画面を作成 ·発行することが出来る。ひな形のコ ードは、携帯端末用クーポン発行システム 1に予め記憶されている。尚、携帯端末 9 の画面上でクーポン画面を表現する記述言語として CHTMLコード以外のものを用 いることも出来る。

[0040] 尚、追加認証情報は、異なる店舗 (ID)間に於いて同一のパスワードを設定可能に しても良いし、同一のパスワードが異なる店舗（ID)にある場合にはそのパスワードを 設定不可にして、異なるパスワードの再度の入力を促しても良い。即ち、追加認証情 報設定手段 4は、受信した追加認証情報を追加認証情報記憶手段 5に記憶する前 に、受信した追加認証情報と同一の追加認証情報があるか否力を追加認証情報記 憶手段 5から検索し、同一の追加認証情報がなければ、受信した追加認証情報を追 加認証情報記憶手段 5に記憶し、同一の追加認証情報がある場合には、店舗端末 8 に異なる追加認証情報の入力を促す通知を送信する。

[0050] 尚、携帯端末用の管理画面の「クーポンの編集」、「クーポンの削除」等を選択する ことによって、発行済みのクーポンの内容を編集したり、発行済みのクーポンを削除 する等の処理も行える。

[0057] 本発明により、店舗で独自に IDとパスワードを付与することができる。例えば店員毎 にそのようなものを通知しておけば、仮に問題のある携帯端末用のクーポンが発行さ れたとしても、その IDとパスワードを調べれば誰が発行したかを特定することが出来 るし、そもそもそのような悪意ある発行を防止することが出来る。

[1] 携帯端末用のクーポンを発行する店舗で利用する店舗端末と前記店舗の店員の 利用する携帯端末との間でデータの送受信が可能な携帯端末用クーポン発行シス テムであって、
前記携帯端末用クーポン発行システムは、
前記店舗に対して予め付与された IDとパスワードからなる初期認証情報を記憶する 初期認証情報記憶手段と、
前記店舗端末から IDとパスワードとを受信し、前記初期認証情報記憶手段に記憶す る初期認証情報と一致するかを照合し、一致する場合に前記携帯端末用クーポン発 行システムへのアクセスを許可する初期認証情報照合手段と、
追加認証情報として新たに設定する IDとパスワードとを前記店舗端末力 受信し、追 加認証情報記憶手段に記憶することで追加認証情報の設定を行う追加認証情報設 定手段と、
前記携帯端末から IDとパスワードとを受信し、前記追加認証情報記憶手段に記憶す る追加認証情報と一致するかを照合し、一致する場合に前記携帯端末用クーポン発 行システムへのアクセスを許可する追加認証情報照合手段と、
前記携帯端末用のクーポンを発行する為のクーポンの情報を前記携帯端末力 受 信し、前記携帯端末用のクーポン発行処理を行うクーポン発行手段と、
を有することを特徴とする携帯端末用クーポン発行システム。

前記店舗に対して予め付与された IDとパスワードからなる初期認証情報を記憶する 初期認証情報記憶手段と、
前記店舗端末から IDとパスワードとを受信し、前記初期認証情報記憶手段に記憶す る初期認証情報と一致するかを照合し、一致する場合に前記携帯端末用クーポン発 行システムへのアクセスを許可する初期認証情報照合手段と、 追加認証情報として新たに設定するパスワードを前記店舗端末力 受信し、前記初 期認証情報に於ける IDと前記受信したパスワードとを対応付けて追加認証情報とし て追加認証情報記憶手段に記憶することで追加認証情報の設定を行う追加認証情 報設定手段と、
前記携帯端末から IDとパスワードとを受信し、前記追加認証情報記憶手段に記憶す る追加認証情報と一致するかを照合し、一致する場合に前記携帯端末用クーポン発 行システムへのアクセスを許可する追加認証情報照合手段と、
前記携帯端末用のクーポンを発行する為のクーポンの情報を前記携帯端末から受 信し、前記携帯端末用のクーポン発行処理を行うクーポン発行手段と、
を有することを特徴とする携帯端末用クーポン発行システム。
[3] 前記追加認証情報設定手段は、
前記店舗端末から受信した IDとパスワードとに基づいて、同一の ID又はパスワード 力あるかを前記追加認証情報記憶手段から検索し、ない場合には前記受信した IDと パスワードを追加認証情報として前記追加認証情報記憶手段に記憶し、ある場合に は前記店舗端末に対して異なる ID又はパスワードを入力するように促す通知を送信 する、
ことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の携帯端末用クーポン発行システム。

前記店舗端末から受信したパスワードに基づいて、同一のパスワードがあるかを前記 追加認証情報記憶手段から検索し、ない場合には前記初期認証情報に於ける IDと 前記受信したパスワードとを追加認証情報として前記追加認証情報記憶手段に記憶 し、ある場合には前記店舗端末に対して異なるパスワードを入力するように促す通知 を送信する、

前記携帯端末に前記クーポンの情報を入力する為のクーポン情報登録画面を送信 し、前記クーポン情報登録画面に入力されたクーポンの情報を前記携帯端末から受 信し、予め記憶された携帯端末用のクーポン画面のひな形のコードに前記受信した クーポンの情報を引数として代入することで前記携帯端末用のクーポン画面を作成' 記憶して、前記携帯端末用のクーポンとして発行する、
