2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于还包 括一转动连接机构( 2 ), 镜腿( 1 )通过转动连接机构( 1 )与镜框( 3 ) 相连接, 镜腿( 1 ) 与镜框( 3 )通过转动连接机构 ( 2 ) 的转动,使两 镜腿( 1 )折叠合拢后形成空腔, 镜框( 3 )在空腔内受保护。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于镜腿 ( 1 ) 的主体设有镜腿侧壁( 12 ) , 前端设有镂空部分( 11 ) , 镜腿侧 壁(12 ) 与镜腿(1 ) 的内壁 (16)形成主体镂空部分(15 ) , 而镂空 部分( 11 ) 与转动连接机构 ( 1 ) 的结构件( 21 ) 的外形相互补, 结构 件 ( 21 )镶嵌入镜腿( 1 ) 的镂空部分( 11 ) , 镜腿( 1 ) 的前端设有 定位结构件 ( 21 ) 的定位部分(13、 14) , 镜腿( 1 ) 的主体镂空部分 ( 15 ) 与镂空部分( 11 )相连通, 镜框( 3 )通过转动连接机构 ( 2 ) 与镜腿( 1 )相连接, 折叠合拢后藏入镜腿( 1 ) 的主体镂空部分( 15 ) 内, 两侧侧壁成为镜框(3) 的保护壁。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于转动 连接机构 (2)设有第一结构件(21 ) 、 转动连接轴(22) 、 第二结构 件 ( 23 ) 、 顶块( 24 ) 、 弹簧( 25 ) 、 螺丝 ( 26 ) 、 顶柱( 27 ) 、 弹 簧( 28 )及螺丝 ( 29 ) , 将弹簧( 25 ) 、 顶块( 24 )依次装入结构件 (23) 的空腔内压紧弹簧(25 )将转动连接轴(22 ) 的转块( 225 ) — 侧装入第二结构件( 23 ) 的通槽( 232 ) 内, 螺丝 ( 26 )通过第二结构 件 ( 23 )上的定位孔( 231 ) 、 转动连接轴 ( 22 ) 上的定位孔( 224 ) 将转动连接轴(22) 、 第二结构件(23) 、 顶块(24) 、 弹簧(25 ) 、 螺丝( 26 )组合在一起, 而第一结构件( 21 )则是由转动连接轴( 22 ) 的另一侧转块( 222 ) 装入第一结构件(21 ) 的孔腔(212 )后, 顶柱 ( 27 ) 的前部大圓柱(271 )装入第一结构件(21 )上的孔腔(211 ) , 抵住转动连接轴( 22 )上设有的转块( 221 ) , 装入弹簧( 28 )及螺丝 (29) , 使整个转动连接机构 (2)成为一个整体。
5、 根据权利要求 1、 4 所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于 转动连接机构 ( 1 )设有第一结构件( 21 ) 、 柱( 27 ) 、 弹簧( 28 ) 及螺丝 ( 29 ) , 第一结构件( 21 )上设有孔腔( 211 )和孔腔( 212 ) , 孔腔(211 )和孔腔(212) 的圓心轴线在同一平面上, 孔腔(211 ) 的 孔径与螺丝 (29) 的丝杆外径相紧密配合, 顶柱(27 ) 的前部为大圓 柱 (271 ) , 尾部为小圆柱( 272 ) , 当转动连接轴 (22 ) 的转块一侧 装入第一结构件(21 )上的孔腔(212)后, 顶柱(27)装入第一结构 件 ( 21 )上的孔腔( 211 ) , 顶柱 ( 27 ) 的前部大圆柱 ( 271 )抵住转 动连接轴(22)上设有 Al、 Α2、 A3、 Α4 等形状的转块(221 ) , 转块
(221 ) 的对角距离小于转块( 222 ) 的外径, 弹簧(28 )装入第一结 构件(21 )上的孔腔(211 )套住顶柱(27 ) 的小圓柱 ( 272 ) , 锁上 螺丝 (29) , 利用弹簧的变形形成转动连接轴 (22)转动和从第一结 构件(21 ) 的孔腔(212) 中抽出的初始预紧力。
6、 根据权利要求 2、 4 所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于 转动连接机构 ( 2 )还设有转动连接轴( 22 ) , 转动连接轴( 22 )上设 有的转块( 222 ) 的外径与孔腔(211 ) 的孔径相同, 装入孔腔(212) 后与第一结构件 (21 ) 紧密配合转动, 转动连接轴 (22 )上还设有圓 块( 223 )和 "倒梯形"形、 "□"形等形状转块( 225 ) , 且转块( 225 ) 中间设有定位孔( 224 ) , 装配好顶块(24)、 弹簧(25 )、 螺丝(26) 及第二结构件(23) 的整体以定位孔( 224 ) 为圓心平面转动, 也是其 整体在平面上转动的顶止位, 另一端设有转块(221 ) 、 转块( 222 ) , 所述转动连接轴(22) 自身则以转块( 222 ) 的圆心为轴心在第一结构 件 (21 ) 的孔腔内旋转。
7、 根据权利要求 2、 4 所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于 转动连接机构( 2 )还设有第二结构件( 23 )、 顶块( 24 )、 弹簧( 25 )、 螺丝 6) , 第二结构件(23)的一端设有与镜框(3)结合的结合槽
( 234 ) 另一端设有孔腔(233)和通槽( 232 ) , 通槽 ( 232 ) 与结合 槽 ( 234 ) 不同两端的中心面为同一平面, 与通槽( 232 ) 同侧, 但是 中心线在与通槽( 232 ) 的平面垂直方向上且在结构件(23) 中心线上 设有一定位孔(231 ) , 当弹簧(25 )装入孔腔( 233 ) , 将顶块(24) 装入孔腔( 233 ) , 且将顶块( 24 )上设有的部分( 242 )插入弹簧( 25 ) 的筒腔内, 而顶块(24) 的另一端设有定位块(241 ) , 定位块(241 ) 正好可在通槽( 232 ) 内左右滑动, 将顶块(24) 向弹簧方向挤压, 转 动连接轴( 22 )的转块( 225 )一端装入第二结构件( 23 )的通槽( 232 ) 内, 螺丝 (26 )通过定位孔(231、 224 )将第二结构件 (23) 与转动 连接轴 (22 )组合在一起, 同时, 通过弹簧(25 ) 的变形形成装配好 顶块( 24 ) 、 弹簧( 25 ) 、 螺丝 ( 26 )及结构件第二( 23 ) 的整体以 定位孔( 224 ) 为圓心转动的初始预紧力和顶止力。
8、 根据权利要求 2、 4 所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于 所述转动连接机构 ( 2 ) 的第一结构件 ( 21 ) 可设有孔腔( 212 )和孔 腔 (213) , 弹簧(28 ) 装入第一结构件 (21 )上的孔腔(213) , 顶 柱(27 ) 的小圓柱( 272 )插入弹簧(28) 的筒腔内, 将顶柱( 27 ) 向 下挤压, 当转动连接轴 (22) 的转块一侧装入第一结构件 (21 )上的 孔腔( 212 )后, 顶柱( 27 )的前部大圆柱( 271 )抵住转动连接轴( 11 ) 上设有 Al、 Α2、 A3、 Α4 等形状的转块(221 ) , 弹簧(28)被挤压变 形后产生对转动连接轴( 11 )转动和从第一结构件( 21 )的孔腔( 212 ) 中抽出的初始预紧力, 转块(2 ) 即也成为顶柱(27 )弹簧 8)从 孔腔(213) 中被初始弹力弹出的顶止位。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于 镜框( 3 )是由镜圈 ( 32 ) 、 中梁( 31 )和镜片 ( 33 )组成。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可折叠成盒子的眼镜, 其特征在于转 动连接机构 (2 )可有固定角度方向卡止位的转动机构,当两镜腿折叠 合拢之后,具有使两镜腿向镜框方向拉拢的紧力。
