[22] 本发明由于在各部件的联接部位, 如镜框与镜框之间或者镜片与镜片之间, 以 及镜腿与镜框之间都釆用了弹性构件进行连接, 且在第一镜腿与第二镜腿之间 设有使眼镜完全收拢后能保持眼镜折叠状态的锁扣机构的结构, 本发明具有佩 带者只需要单手按压锁扣机构, 则整个眼镜在弹性构件的张力作用下, 会自然 松开呈现可使用状态, 使得本发明具有使用更加方便的优点。 此外, 本发明还 具有不需要另外配置镜盒的优点。

[37] 请参见图 1、 图 2和图 3, 它揭示的是一种能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 本实施例中 , 除第一镜片和第二镜片以外的其它部分均用塑料制作而成, 第一镜片和第二 镜片可以是玻璃镜片, 也可以是高透明的树脂镜片。 它包括第一镜框 1, 第二镜 框 3, 以及第一镜腿 5和第二镜腿 6; 在所述第一镜框 1内设有第一镜片 2, 在所述 第二镜框 3内设有第二镜片 4, 所述第一镜腿 5与第一镜框 1相连接的一端的宽度 W 1大于或等于所述第一镜片 2的宽度 W2, 其形状与第一镜片 1的形状相吻合, 以满 足当眼镜完全折叠后能保护第一镜片 1 ; 所述第二镜腿 6与第二镜框 3相连接的一 端的宽度 W3大于或等于所述第二镜片 4的宽度 W4, 其形状与第二镜片 4的形状相 吻合, 以满足当眼镜完全折叠后能保护第二镜片 4; 在所述第一镜框 1与第一镜 腿 5之间设有第一弹性构件 7, 所述第一镜框 1与第一镜腿 5是通过该第一弹性构 件 7弹性联接的; 在所述第二镜框 3和第二镜腿 6之间设有第二弹性构件 8, 所述 第二镜框 3和第二镜腿 6是通过第二弹性构件 8弹性联接的; 在所述第一镜框 1和 第二镜框 3之间设有第三弹性构件 9, 所述第一镜框 1和第二镜框 3是通过第三弹 性构件 9弹性联接的; 在所述第一镜腿 5与第二镜腿 6之间设有使眼镜完全收拢后 能保持眼镜折叠状态的锁扣机构 10。 在所述第一镜腿 5外侧面上设有笔式挂钩 51 , 笔式挂钩 51的作用是当眼镜完全折叠后, 可以很方便地像挂钢笔一样, 将眼 镜挂在衣服口袋上, 在所述第二镜腿 6上预留有用于嵌入笔的笔形槽 61, 该笔形 槽 61可以嵌入圆珠笔之间小型笔, 以方便佩带者使用。 本发明中的镜框可以使 用半框镜框。
[38] 本实施例中, 所釆用的第一弹性构件 7和第二弹性构件 8的结构相同, 它们都包 括转轴和弹簧, 所述弹簧套在所述转轴上。 具体地说, 如图 4所示, 图 4所揭示 的是第一弹性构件 7的具体结构, 所述第一弹性构件 7包括第一转轴 71 (实际应 用中所述转轴可以是螺杆, 跟现有眼镜所用的螺杆一样的结构) 及第一弹簧 72 , 所述第一弹簧 72套在所述第一转轴 71上, 第一弹簧 72的两端 73、 74分别顶在 第一镜框 1与第一镜腿 5的内壁上; 图 4虽然只画出了第一弹性构件 7的结构, 但 是, 第二弹性构件 8的结构与此相同。 所述第二弹性构件 8包括第二转轴及第二 弹簧, 所述第二弹簧套在所述第二转轴上, 第二弹簧的两端分别顶在第二镜框 和第二镜腿的内壁上; 所述第三弹性构件 9包括第三转轴及第三弹簧, 所述第三 弹簧套在所述第三转轴上, 第三弹簧的两端分别顶在第一镜框和第二镜框的内 壁上 (未画图) 。 在使用状态下, 眼镜通过第一弹性构件 7、 第二弹性构件 8和 第三弹性构件 9的张力作用下, 可以使眼镜自然张开, 以供佩带者使用。 显然, 本实施例中的弹性构件, 除了上述的结构以外, 还可以使用其它的类似结构代 替, 如使用金属弹片或塑料弹片等代替。
[39] 本实施例中, 所述锁扣机构 10包括锁扣 11及挂钩臂 12, 如图 5和图 6所示, 所述 锁扣 11设置在第一镜腿 5上, 所述挂钩臂 12枢接在第二镜腿 6上, 所述挂钩臂钩 在所述锁扣 11的按钮 111的挂钩 112上, 两者形成互锁。 在所述按钮 111下侧设有 复位弹簧 113, 用于对按钮 111复位, 该复位弹簧 113可以是两根, 分别位于按钮 111上、 下两侧, 这样不仅有利于挂钩 112与锁扣 11扣合, 而且也便于脱钩。 另 夕卜, 本发明中的锁扣也可以设计成前后推拉的结构, 锁扣前端呈开口, 当挂钩 臂搭到锁扣所在一侧的镜腿吋, 让挂钩臂钩在所述锁扣的开口内, 当需要脱钩 吋, 可将锁扣后拉, 让挂钩臂与锁扣脱离, 为了让锁扣能及进复位, 也可以在 锁扣后端设置复位弹簧 (未画图) 。 显然, 所述锁扣机构 10还可以设计成其它 类似的结构, 如把锁扣机构 10包括挂钩臂, 同样地所述挂钩臂枢接在一侧的镜 腿上, 在所述另一侧镜腿的外侧面上设有钩槽, 所述挂钩臂钩在所述钩槽内 ( 未画图) 。 很显然, 所述挂钩臂 12也可以类似于第一弹性构件 7、 第二弹性构件 8或第三弹性构件 9相同结构来与镜腿相联接, 可以起到当挂钩臂 12与锁扣 11脱 离后, 也可以让挂钩臂 12迅速弹起。
[40] 本发明的第一镜腿 5和第二镜腿 6还可以设计成是由两部分组成的结构, 如图 7 所示, 镜腿的两部分之间呈伸缩连接, 当需要收拢吋, 可以将镜腿外侧的一段 镜腿 52、 62收在与镜框相接的一段镜腿内, 这样, 使眼镜整体上的体积变得更 小。 当镜腿设计成两部分吋, 两部分之间也可通过弹性构件进行弹性联接, 其 弹性构件的结构与上述的弹性构件相同, 可以是包括轴转和弹簧的结构, 也可 以是弹片的结构。
[41] 请参见图 8, 图 8是本发明的又一种实施例的展开结构示意图。 图 8所示实施例 所图 1所示实施例相比, 其基本结构相同, 所不同的是, 所述锁扣机构 10的所述 挂钩臂 12是呈可旋转的连接在所述镜腿 6上的, 在所述挂钩臂 12与所述镜腿 6的 连接部位设有扭簧 (不可见) , 所述挂钩臂 12通过该扭簧紧靠在设在镜框上的 定位件 121上。 当折叠眼镜收拢吋, 所述可旋转的挂钩臂 12斜着向伸出, 当折叠 眼镜完全收拢吋, 所述挂钩臂 12正好与设置在另一侧镜腿上的锁扣 11互锁。
[42] 本实施例中, 折叠眼镜的鼻架或鼻梁托最好设置在所述镜框或镜片内侧边的中 间部位。 这样, 可以使折叠眼镜变成两面都可以使用的折叠眼镜, 也就是说, 折叠眼镜的镜片和镜腿不分左右, 可以随意取戴。
[43] 本发明还可设计成无框眼镜, 具体地说是一种能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 包括第 一镜片、 第二镜片, 第一镜腿和第二镜腿, 所述第一镜片和第二镜片之间, 第 一镜片与第一镜腿之间以及第二镜片和第二镜腿之间都是通过弹性构件弹性联 接的, 在所述第一镜腿与第二镜腿之间设有使眼镜完全收拢后能保持眼镜折叠 状态的锁扣机构; 所述第一镜腿与第一镜框相连接的一端的宽度大于或等于所 述第一镜片的宽度, 其形状与第一镜片的形状相吻合, 以满足当眼镜完全折叠 后能保护第一镜片; 所述第二镜腿与第二镜框相连接的一端的宽度大于或等于 所述第二镜片的宽度, 其形状与第二镜片的形状相吻合, 以满足当眼镜完全折 叠后能保护第二镜片。 当本发明为无框眼镜吋 (参见图 9) , 最好在在所述第一 镜腿的内壁上设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第一镜片的第一镜片保护框 131 ; 在第 二镜腿的内壁上同样设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第二镜片的第二镜片保护框 ( 不可见) 。 如此设计, 可以实现当眼镜全完折叠后, 将第一镜片和第二镜片上 下镜片完包裹起来, 以防镜片磨损。
[44] 请参见图 10至图 12, 图 10至图 12所示实施例与图 1至图 3所示实施例相比, 其基 本结构相同, 不同之处有如下几点, 一是锁扣机构 10的结构不同, 本实施例中 , 所述锁扣机构 10包括插片 13和弹性夹 14, 在所述插片 13前端有一通孔 132, 所 述弹性夹 14包括夹片 141, 在所述夹片 141的下底面上设有一与所述通孔 132相配 合的凸起 1411, 参见图 11, 在所述夹片 141的下面设有弹性件 142, 所述夹片 141 下面两侧设有转轴套 1412, 所述夹片 141的转轴套 1412和弹性件 142均通过两个 转轴 143与位于夹片 141两侧的两个定位台 144活动连接, 当所述插片 13插入所述 弹性夹 14中吋, 所述凸起 1411在弹性件 142的作用下插在所述通孔 132内, 当需 要弹开眼镜吋, 按下夹片 141的尾部, 夹片 141的下底面上的凸起 1411会与通孔 1 32脱离, 从而使眼镜自动弹开。 本实施例中的弹性件 142是一弓形弹片, 实际上 本实施例中的弹性件 142也可以用弹簧代替。
[45] 本实施例中, 在所述第一镜腿的内壁上设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第一镜片的 第一镜片保护框 131 ; 在第二镜腿的内壁上同样设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第二 镜片的第二镜片保护框 (不可见) , 如此设计, 可以实现当眼镜全完折叠后, 将第一镜片和第二镜片上下镜片完包裹起来, 以防镜片磨损。
[46] 本实施例中, 为了便于组装, 所述第一弹性构件 7还可以设计成包括第一转轴 7 1 (实际应用中所述转轴可以是螺杆, 跟现有眼镜所用的螺杆一样的结构) 及第 一弹簧 72, 所述第一弹簧 72套在所述第一转轴 71上, 第一弹簧 72的两端 73、 74 分别顶在第一镜框 1与第一镜腿 5的内壁上; 所述第一弹簧 72的顶在第一镜腿 5的 一端 74可以向镜片保护框 131内延长, 形成一个用于挂擦镜布的挂布端 75, 通过 该挂布端 75可以将预先折叠好的擦镜布收藏在所述镜片保护框 131内, 当需要使 用擦镜布吋, 可以方便地从镜片保护框 131取用; 本实施例中, 所述第一弹性构 件 7还包括一安装片 76, 在所述按装片 76的内底面上设有两个第一凸耳 761, 在 所述第一镜框 1上设有与所述第一凸耳 761相对应的第二凸耳 110, 所述第一转轴 71穿插在所述第一凸耳 761和第二凸耳 110内, 将安装片 76与第一镜框 1连接在一 起, 所述第一弹簧位于两个第二凸耳 110之间的转轴 71上。 这种结构, 方便于第 一弹性构件 7与第一镜腿 5之间的安装。 也就是说, 在装配眼镜吋, 先按上述结 构装好第一弹性构件 7, 然后, 将安装片用粘贴或其它方式固定在第一镜腿的前 端的镜片保护框 131的内壁上即可。
[47] 同样地, 所述第二弹性构件 8可以设计成与上述第一弹性构件 7完全相同的结构 , 只不过是第二弹性构件 8安装在第二镜框 3与第二镜腿 6之间而已, 关于第二弹 性构件 8的结构, 这里不再重述。 在使用状态下, 眼镜通过第一弹性构件 7、 第 二弹性构件 8和第三弹性构件 9的张力作用下, 可以使用眼镜自然张开, 以供佩 带者使用。 显然, 本实施例中的弹性构件, 除了上述的结构以外, 还可以使用 其它的类似结构代替, 如使用金属弹片或塑料弹片等代替。
[48] 为了达到眼镜的佩戴方便, 所述第一镜腿 5和第二镜腿 6可以设计成沿第一镜腿 5和第二镜腿 6的长轴线 300完全对称的结构, 鼻梁托 200位于第一镜框 1和第二镜 框 3的内侧边的中间部位, 这样可以实现眼镜正或反均可以佩戴的目的。
[49] 以上所述之实例, 只是本发明的较佳实例而已, 并非来限制本发明的实施范围
, 故凡依本发明申请专利范围所述的特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰, 均包 括于本发明申请专利范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 包括第一镜框, 在所述第一镜框内设有第 一镜片, 第二镜框, 在所述第二镜框内设有第二镜片, 第一镜腿和第二镜 腿, 其特征在于, 所述第一镜腿与第一镜框相连接的一端的宽度大于或等 于所述第一镜片的宽度, 其形状与第一镜片的形状相吻合; 所述第二镜腿 与第二镜框相连接的一端的宽度大于或等于所述第二镜片的宽度, 其形状 与第二镜片的形状相吻合; 所述第一镜框与第一镜腿之间是通过第一弹性 构件弹性联接的; 所述第二镜框和第二镜腿之间是通过第二弹性构件弹性 联接的; 所述第一镜框和第二镜框之间是通过第三弹性构件弹性联接的; 在所述第一镜腿与第二镜腿之间设有使眼镜完全收拢后保持眼镜折叠状态 的锁扣机构。
[2] 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述锁扣 机构包括插片和弹性夹, 在所述插片前端有一通孔, 所述弹性夹包括夹片 , 在所述夹片的下底面上设有一与所述通孔相配合的凸起, 当所述插片插 入所述弹性夹中吋, 所述凸起在弹性件的作用下插在所述通孔内。
[3] 3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 在所述 第一镜腿的内壁上设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第一镜片的第一镜片保护框 ; 在第二镜腿的内壁上同样设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第二镜片的第二镜 片保护框。
[4] 4、 根据权利要求 1所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述锁扣 机构包括锁扣及挂钩臂, 所述锁扣设置在一侧的镜腿上, 所述挂钩臂枢接 在相对一侧的镜腿上, 所述挂钩臂钩在所述锁扣的按钮的挂钩上, 两者形 成互锁。
[5] 5、 根据权利要求 4所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述挂钩 臂是呈可旋转的连接在所述镜腿上的, 在所述挂钩臂与所述镜腿的连接部 位设有扭簧, 所述挂钩臂通过该扭簧紧靠在设在镜框上的定位件上。
[6] 6、 根据权利要求 5所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 在所述按 钮下侧设有复位弹簧。
[7] 7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 折叠眼 镜的鼻梁托设置在所述镜框内侧边的中间部位。
[8] 8、 根据权利要求 4所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 在所述第 一镜腿的内壁上设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第一镜片的第一镜片保护框; 在第二镜腿的内壁上同样设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第二镜片的第二镜片 保护框。
[9] 9、 根据权利要求 1所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述第一 弹性构件包括第一转轴及第一弹簧, 所述第一弹簧套在所述第一转轴上, 第一弹簧的两端分别顶在第一镜框与第一镜腿的内壁上; 所述第二弹性构 件包括第二转轴及第二弹簧, 所述第二弹簧套在所述第二转轴上, 第二弹 簧的两端分别顶在第二镜框和第二镜腿的内壁上; 所述第三弹性构件包括 第三转轴及第三弹簧, 所述第三弹簧套在所述第三转轴上, 第三弹簧的两 端分别顶在第一镜框和第二镜框的内壁上。
[10] 10、 根据权利要求 3所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述第一 弹性构件包括第一转轴、 第一弹簧和安装片, 所述第一弹簧套在所述第一 转轴上, 第一弹簧的两端分别顶在第一镜框与第一镜腿的内壁上; 在所述 按装片的内底面上设有两个第一凸耳, 在所述第一镜框上设有与所述第一 凸耳相对应的第二凸耳, 所述第一转轴穿插在所述第一凸耳和第二凸耳内 , 将安装片与第一镜框连接在一起, 所述第一弹簧位于两个第二凸耳之间 的转轴上。
[11] 11、 一种能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 包括第一镜片、 第二镜片, 第一镜腿和 第二镜腿, 其特征在于, 所述第一镜片和第二镜片之间, 第一镜片与第一 镜腿之间以及第二镜片和第二镜腿之间都是通过弹性构件弹性联接的, 在 所述第一镜腿与第二镜腿之间设有能使眼镜完全收拢后能保持眼镜折叠状 态的锁扣机构。
[12] 12、 根据权利要求 11所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述锁 扣机构包括插片和弹性夹, 在所述插片前端有一通孔, 所述弹性夹包括夹 片, 在所述夹片的下底面上设有一与所述通孔相配合的凸起, 当所述插片 插入所述弹性夹中吋, 所述凸起在弹性件的作用下插在所述通孔内。
[13] 13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 在 所述第一镜腿的内壁上设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第一镜片的第一镜片保 护框; 在第二镜腿的内壁上同样设有一个向内凹的用于收藏第二镜片的第 二镜片保护框。
[14] 14、 根据权利要求 11所述的能自动弹开的折叠眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述锁 扣机构包括锁扣及挂钩臂, 所述锁扣设置在一侧的镜腿上, 所述挂钩臂枢 接在相对一侧的镜腿上, 所述挂钩臂锁扣按钮的挂钩上, 两者形成互锁。
