Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de création d’une lignée endogame de coquillages gonochores, incluant les étapes suivantes : sélection des individus spéciaux parmi les coquillages gonochores possédant à la fois un gamète femelle et un gamète mâle, et utilisation de la stratégie d'endogamie pour créer et faire se reproduire une lignée endogame. S’agissant des coquillages gonochores, les différences de couleur gonadique entre la femelle et le mâle de la même espèce sont décelables par examen macroscopique in vivo.
