Abstract

L'invention concerne un support de porte de véhicule (1) en matière plastique destiné à supporter une porte de véhicule au cours d'un processus de revêtement dans le cadre de la production d'une carrosserie de véhicule, en particulier un processus de peinture par cataphorèse au trempé et/ou de vernissage et/ou de conservation. Selon l'invention, ce support est conçu en une seule pièce par moulage par injection et il comprend une section de contact (3) destinée à venir en prise dans et/ou à l'arrière d'un cadre de la porte de véhicule, un bras (5) flexible formé sur cette section sous la forme d'un prolongement profilé, ce bras (5) étant courbé ou présentant plusieurs coudes pour venir en prise à l'arrière d'une section d'un corps de base de la carrosserie adjacente au cadre de porte, ainsi qu'une section d'espacement située à la jonction de la section de contact (3) et du prolongement profilé pour maintenir une légère distance prédéterminée entre la porte de véhicule et le corps de base de la carrosserie.
