Abstract

L'invention concerne un roulement à billes à portée oblique (1) comportant plusieurs rangées et pouvant être chargé de manière bilatérale. Ledit roulement à billes à portée oblique comprend au moins deux couronnes à billes (9, 10) présentant un angle de pression identique pour supporter la charge principale, et au moins une couronne à billes supplémentaire (11) présentant un angle de pression opposé pour exercer une précontrainte axiale. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un ensemble roulement comprenant un roulement principal et un roulement de précontrainte qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un manchon. Ce roulement ou ensemble roulement est caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau interne de roulement (5) et un anneau externe de roulement (4) du roulement principal (2) comprennent respectivement un premier épaulement (4.1, 5.1) radialement opposé qui sépare les couronnes à billes (9, 10), et un deuxième épaulement (4.2, 5.2) diamétralement opposé au niveau d'une extrémité externe ou interne. Selon l'invention, au moins un des anneaux de roulement (4, 5) est produit à partir d'un acier de roulement, au moyen d'un procédé de formage sans enlèvement de copeaux.
