Abstract

L’invention concerne l’utilisation du phénomène de polarisation de fluorescence, en vue d’améliorer la détection des signaux de fluorescence lors d’un transfert d’énergie non radiatif (FRET). En particulier, l’invention concerne une méthode d’amélioration du rapport signal/bruit de fond dans une mesure de FRET. L’invention concerne également un appareil permettant de mesurer la fluorescence consécutive à un transfert d’énergie entre un composé fluorescent donneur et un composé fluorescent accepteur présents dans un milieu de mesure.
