Abstract

Un échantillon contenant de l'ADN à double brin subit une électrophorèse en utilisant un gel de polymère qui comporte un pore présentant un modèle sous la forme d'une molécule d'ADN à double brin imprégné sur celui-ci et présentant en outre un substituant reconnaissant une paire de base de l'ADN à double brin dans le pore en tant que milieu d'électrophorèse. Ainsi, l'ADN à double brin peut être facilement et rapidement détecté et/ou séparé dans l'état de double brin en tant que tel.
