背景技術
[0002] 従来、棒状物を収納する収納ケースとしては、例えば特許文献 1に開示されている ように、使用するときには棒状物である口紅を収納ケース力 繰り上げ、収納するとき には、収納ケース内に繰り下げるようにした繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケースが知られ ている。そしてこのような棒状物収納ケースにあっては一般に、そのデザイン性を高 めるために、従来からさまざまな方法によって加飾が施されている。例えば、塗装など により着色したり、スパッタリングなどによって表面処理を行ったり、プレート材ゃ転写 シートを用いて平面的あるいは立体的に文字や模様などを施したり、模様などを付し た上に透明 ·半透明の層を重ねたりするなどして、収納ケースの表面に装飾を施すよ うにしていた。

[0005] ここに本発明者は、上述したようなこれまでの加飾技術では考えられていな力つた、 光源からの光を利用することに着目し、光によって加飾を行うことによって、棒状物収 納ケースに、今まで見たことのない美的装飾効果を与え得るとの知見を得て、本発明 を完成するに至ったものである。 [0006] 本発明は上記従来の課題に鑑みて創案されたものであって、光を利用した多種多 様な加飾が得られるようにして、特徴的で固有の雰囲気を醸し出させる美的もしくは 斬新で新奇な装飾効果を生じさせることができる繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケースを 提供することを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0007] 本発明にかかる繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケースは、内周に螺旋溝が形成された中 空筒体状のケース本体と、該ケース本体内に設けられた光源装置と、上記ケース本 体内に相対回転可能に設けられ、上記螺旋溝の形成部分に縦スリットが形成された 中空筒体状のカバーと、上記縦スリットを貫通して上記螺旋溝に係合する突起が形 成されて、透光性を有する素材で形成された棒状物を保持しつつ、上記カバー内に 上下方向へ相対移動自在に設けられるとともに、上記光源装置の光を該棒状物へ 向かって透過させる光透過部が形成された保持体と、上記カバーを覆って上記ケー ス本体に着脱可能に装着されるキャップとを備えている。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0013] 以下に、本発明にかかる繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケースの好適な一実施形態を、 添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。本実施形態に力かる繰り上げ式の棒状物収 納ケース 1は図 1一図 3に示すように、中空円筒体状のケース本体 2の内側に、中空 円筒体状のカバー 3が設けられるとともに、このカバー 3の内側に、中空円筒体状の 保持体 4が設けられ、かつ、この保持体 4に、口紅などの棒状物 5が保持されることに より概略構成され、そして、ケース本体 2の縮径された上端部 2aには、カバー 3の上 部を覆って、キャップ 6が着脱可能に装着されるようになって 、る。
[0014] 図示例にあっては、繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース 1として、保持体 4に、棒状物 5 として口紅が保持される口紅容器が例示されている。しかしながら、繰り上げ式の棒 状物収納ケース 1としては、このような口紅容器に限らず、いかなる棒状物 5を収納す るものであっても良いことはもちろんである。

[0017] 以上のように構成された本実施形態の繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース 1にあって は、図 2に示すように棒状物 5を収納してキャップ 6を装着した状態では、ケース本体 2およびキャップ 6がその外観を形成し、カバー 3および保持体 4はその内部に隠蔽さ れる。他方、棒状物 5を取り出す際には、キャップ 6を取り外してケース本体 2とカバー 3とを相対回転、例えばケース本体 2を右回転することにより、縦スリット 9を貫通する 保持体 4の突起 10が螺旋溝 7に沿って移動する。すると、図 1および図 3に示したよう に保持体 4が上方に繰り上げられ、棒状物 5がカバー 3の上端部 3aから突出される。 また、棒状物 5を収納するときには、ケース本体 2とカバー 3とを反対方向に相対回転 、例えばケース本体 2を左回転することにより、突起 10が螺旋溝 7に沿って逆方向に 移動されて保持体 4は繰り下げられ、棒状物 5がカバー 3内に収納される。

[0022] 他方、保持体 4に形成される光透過部については本実施形態にあっては、 RGB光 源の直上に位置する仕切り部 4aに形成した貫通孔 16によって構成されている。この ように貫通孔 16を形成した場合には、保持体 4はケース本体 2などと同様に、光の透 過を妨げる素材で構成しても良い。しカゝしながら、貫通孔 16の形成と合わせて、保持 体 4全体を、光を透過させる無色もしくは有色の、透明あるいは半透明の合成樹脂材 などで形成してもよいことはもちろんである。あるいは、貫通孔 16を形成することなぐ 保持体 4それ自体が無色もしくは有色の、透明あるいは半透明の合成樹脂材で形成 されて、全体が光透過部として機能するように構成してもよい。さら〖こは、 RGB光源 1 2に面する保持体 4の一部を、光透過性を呈する合成樹脂材ゃガラス材、クリスタル 材などの透光性材料で形成し、残りの部分を遮光性の材料で形成するようにしてもよ い。この場合には例えばインサート成形、すなわち保持体 4などを合成樹脂材で射出 成形する際に、あらかじめ透光性材料を成形型内に取り付けておき、射出される遮 光性の合成樹脂材と一体化するなどの方法で製造すればよい。
[0023] 次に、上記構成を備える本実施形態の繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース 1の作用に っ 、て説明する。キャップ 6をケース本体 2から取り外した状態でスィッチ 15を入れる と、ノ ッテリ 14から RGB光源 12や電子基板 13に電力が供給され、 RGB光源 12は、 制御素子に書き込まれたプログラミングに従って、明滅などしながら多種多様な色合 いや明るさで発光する。この RGB光源 12の光は図 2に示すように、保持体 4を遮光 性素材で形成した場合には、貫通孔 16を介して棒状物 5から外部に照射され、また 保持体 4を透光性の素材で形成した場合には、この保持体 4からも外部に照射され て、これら保持体 4や棒状物 5を様々な態様で照らし出す。他方、スィッチ 15を切ると 、 RGB光源 12は消灯される。
[0024] このように以上説明した本実施形態に力かる繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース 1にあ つては、ケース本体 2内に光源装置 11を設けるとともに、棒状物 5および保持体 4を、 透光性を呈するように形成していて、ケース本体 2内で発せられる RGB光源 12の光 は、当該ケース本体 2に設けられた保持体 4および保持体 4に保持された棒状物 5を 透過して、それらを照らし出すこととなり、これら保持体 4や棒状物 5に、光を利用した 多種多様な加飾を施すことができて、繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース 1に、特徴的で 固有の雰囲気を醸し出させる美的もしくは斬新で新奇な装飾効果を生じさせることが できる。
[0025] また、ケース本体 2およびカバー 3を、光の透過を妨げる不透明な遮光性部材で形 成することにより、棒状物収納ケース 1の外観に、光のコントラストを鮮やかに見せるこ とができる。また、コントローラで RGB光源 12の発光をコントロールするようにしていて 、これにより視覚的に訴える、光による多種多様な演出効果が得られ、繰り上げ式の 棒状物収納ケース 1に、特徴的で固有の雰囲気を醸し出させる美的もしくは斬新で 新奇な装飾を施すことができる。

請求の範囲
[1] 内周に螺旋溝が形成された中空筒体状のケース本体と、該ケース本体内に設けら れた光源装置と、上記ケース本体内に相対回転可能に設けられ、上記螺旋溝の形 成部分に縦スリットが形成された中空筒体状のカバーと、上記縦スリットを貫通して上 記螺旋溝に係合する突起が形成されて、透光性を有する素材で形成された棒状物 を保持しつつ、上記カバー内に上下方向へ相対移動自在に設けられるとともに、上 記光源装置の光を該棒状物へ向カゝつて透過させる光透過部が形成された保持体と 、上記カバーを覆って上記ケース本体に着脱可能に装着されるキャップとを備えた 繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース。
[2] 前記ケース本体および前記カバーが、光の透過を妨げる不透明な素材で形成され て 、る請求項 1に記載の繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース。
[3] 前記光源装置は、光源と、該光源の発光をコントロールするコントローラと、これらコ ントローラおよび光源に電力を供給するノ ッテリとからなる請求項 1または 2に記載の 繰り上げ式の棒状物収納ケース。
