Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'élimination de déchets comportant un corps (10) ayant un réservoir d'élimination (11) dans lequel est stockée une matière de base biologique, un couvercle (28) fixé de manière à pouvoir être ouvert au corps du dispositif d'élimination (10), conçu pour fermer l'ouverture de chargement (11a) du réservoir d'élimination (11), un moyen d'agitation (13) conçu pour agiter les déchets et la matière de base biologique stockée dans le réservoir d'élimination (11), et un moyen de chauffage (corps de chauffe (17)) conçu pour chauffer le réservoir de manière à maintenir l'intérieur de ce réservoir (11) à l'intérieur d'une plage spécifiée de température, un premier et un deuxième moyen de détection de la température (22, 23) permettant de détecter la température Tk de la matière de base biologique ainsi qu'une température extérieure Tg, et un moyen de commande (micro-ordinateur (30)) permettant de commander le moyen d'agitation (13) et le moyen de chauffage (17) sur la base de valeurs de détection fournies par le moyen de détection de la température (22, 23). En outre, l'invention se rapporte à un troisième moyen de détection de la température (21) permettant de détecter une température Ts intérieure au réservoir d'élimination (11), ledit moyen de commande effectuant une commande en fonction des valeurs de détection issues du premier, du deuxième et du troisième moyen de détection de la température (21, 22, 23).
