発明が解決しょうとする課題

それゆえにこの発明の主たる目的は、搭乗者から加えられる荷重を搭乗者の乗車位 置や路面状態からの影響を受けずに精度よく検出できかつ操作性も良好な、車両を 提供することである。 課題を解決するための手段

[0006] この発明では、車輪支持部に接続される第 1フレームと荷重受け部に固定される第 2フレームとは連結部材を介して連結されており、第 2フレームが第 1フレームに対し て揺動可能な一種のヒンジ構造となり、荷重検出部は第 1フレームおよび第 2フレー ム間で挟持される位置に設けられる。したがって、荷重受け部への搭乗や搭乗者の 体重移動によって荷重受け部から車輪に荷重が加わると、第 2フレームが連結部材 を中心軸として微小に揺動し、当該荷重は他の部位に逃げることなくその殆どが荷重 検出部に加わる。その結果、搭乗者からの荷重を、搭乗者の乗車位置や路面状態 力 の影響を受けずに的確に検出することができる。これにより、搭乗者は荷重受け 部上で足を乗せる位置を気にすることなく車両を操作でき、搭乗者の意思に沿って 違和感なく車両を容易に駆動制御でき、搭乗者は操作に煩わされることなく走行自 体を十分に楽しむことができる。また、多くの荷重検出部を要せずコストを抑えること あでさる。

この実施形態では、シャフト 45で連結することなくフレーム 35b内にフレーム 25を 嵌合する。このとき、フレーム 25bおよびフレーム 35bのそれぞれの中央部 250およ び 350は同様に短手方向両側にやや膨出しているので、嵌合後にはフレーム 35bは フレーム 25bに対して鉛直方向には移動できるが水平方向には移動不能となる。こ の実施形態では、フレーム 25bに対してフレーム 35bが荷重を検出する方向に移動 できるようにフレーム 25bに対してフレーム 35bを位置規制する規制部材として、フレ ーム 25bの中央部 250が機能する。その他の構成については図 4に示す実施形態と 同様であるので、その重複する説明は省略する。後輪 7側についても同様に構成さ れる。
[0083] この実施形態によれば、フレーム 35bは荷重を検出する方向に移動可能に位置規 制され、荷重検出センサ 55はフレーム 25bおよび 35b間で挟持される位置に設けら れる。したがって、ボード 3への搭乗や搭乗者の体重移動によってボード 3から前輪 5 に荷重が加わると、フレーム 35bがフレーム 25b方向に移動し、当該荷重は他の部 位に逃げることなくその殆どが荷重検出センサ 55に加わり、搭乗者からの荷重を検 出すること力 Sできる。後輪 7側についても同様である。この実施形態では、図 4に示す 実施形態の場合より検出精度は多少劣る可能性はあるが、 2つのフレームを連結す る必要がないので、組立が簡単となりコストも抑えることができる。
[0084] なお、上述の電動スケートボードでは、スピードや加速のコントロール、前後進のみ が制御され、旋回や方向転換に関しては搭乗者がボードの短手方向に体重移動す ることによって行われる力 前輪 5も後輪 7と同様の構成を有する駆動輪とすれば、方 向転換の制御をさらに電気的に行うことも可能である。
[0085] また、駆動モータの動力を補助駆動力として使用することも可能である。
[0086] さらに、荷重検出センサを前輪側または後輪側のいずれか一方にのみ設け、その 設けた側の車輪に加わる荷重に応じて駆動モータを制御する構成にしてもよい。
[0087] この発明は、 1つの車輪あるいは 3つ以上の車輪を有する車両にも適用できる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 搭乗者からの荷重を受ける一方主面を含む荷重受け部、
前記荷重受け部が受けた荷重を検出する荷重検出部、
前記荷重受け部の他方主面側に設けられかつ前記荷重検出部によって検出され た荷重に応じて駆動される車輪、
前記荷重受け部と前記車輪との間に設けられかつ前記車輪を回転自在に支持す る車輪支持部、
前記車輪支持部と前記荷重受け部との間に設けられかつ前記車輪支持部に接続 される第 1フレーム、
前記第 1フレームと前記荷重受け部との間に設けられかつ前記荷重受け部に固定 される第 2フレーム、ならびに
前記第 1フレームに対して前記第 2フレームが前記荷重受け部の前記一方主面と 直交する方向に揺動できるように前記第 1フレームおよび前記第 2フレームのそれぞ れの一端部近傍を連結する連結部材を備え、
前記第 1フレームおよび前記第 2フレームによって挟持される位置に前記荷重検出 部が設けられる、車両。
[2] 前記連結部材が前記車輪より前記荷重受け部の外端部側に位置するように前記 第 1フレームおよび前記第 2フレームが配置される、請求項 1に記載の車両。
[3] 前記荷重受け部の前記一方主面と直交しかつ前記荷重受け部の長手方向を含む 平面内に、前記第 1フレームに対する前記第 2フレームの揺動方向が含まれる、請求 項 1に記載の車両。
[4] 前記第 1フレームを前記荷重受け部の方向に付勢する付勢部材をさらに含む、請 求項 1に記載の車両。
[5] 前記荷重検出部は、歪みゲージ式ロードセルまたは静電容量型センサである、請 求項 1に記載の車両。
[6] 前記荷重検出部は、弾性部材と、荷重に基づく前記弾性部材の変位を検知する位 置センサとを含む、請求項 1に記載の車両。
[7] 搭乗者からの荷重を受ける一方主面を含む荷重受け部、 前記荷重受け部が受けた荷重を検出する荷重検出部、
前記荷重受け部の他方主面側に設けられかつ前記荷重検出部によって検出され た荷重に応じて駆動される車輪、
前記荷重受け部と前記車輪との間に設けられかつ前記車輪を回転自在に支持す る車輪支持部、
前記車輪支持部と前記荷重受け部との間に設けられかつ前記車輪支持部に接続 される第 1フレーム、
前記第 1フレームと前記荷重受け部との間に設けられかつ前記荷重受け部に固定 される第 2フレーム、ならびに
前記第 1フレームに対して前記第 2フレームが荷重を検出する方向に移動可能なよ うに前記第 1フレームに対して前記第 2フレームを位置規制する規制部材を備え、 前記第 1フレームおよび前記第 2フレームによって挟持される位置に前記荷重検出 部が設けられる、車両。
[8] 電動スケートボードである、請求項 1から 7のいずれかに記載の車両。
