ノヽン ドル部 1 2を横から見ると， ノヽン ドル部 1 2 の中心線 Lが上に凸 となるよ う に湾曲しており， かつ， 中心線 Lがハン ドル部 1 2 の先端 (カップ部 1 1 の外側に取付けられるカップ部 1 1 の基部と反対となる 端側） に向って下がるよ うに， 僅かに傾斜して設けられている。
また， ヘアカラーカップ 1 を上から見ると， カップ部 1 1 の外面上方 に形成されている注ぎ口 2 1 の位置を示す中心線 L， と， ハン ドル部 1 2 の中心線 Lとは， 9 0 ° より も大きい角度で交差するよ うに， 注ぎ口 2 1 とノ、ン ドル部 1 2 の位置関係が設定されている。
さて， 理髪店や美容院などにおいて， この実施の形態にかかるヘア力 ラーカップ 1 を用いて毛染めを行う場合， 理容師や美容師は， 椅子に座 つた顧客の近く のワ ゴンの上やサイ ドボード， テーブルなどの上にヘア カラーカップ 1 を置き， 椅子に座った顧客の頭部近く にヘアカラーカツ プ 1 を置く。 この場合， ワ ゴン等の上面にヘアカラーカップ 1 を載せて 置く場合であれば， カップ部 1 1底面の複数箇所に埋め込まれたスポン ジゴム 2 2がヮゴン等の上面に接触するので， 平らなヮゴン等の上面に ヘアカラーカップ 1 をぐらっかせずに安定させて置く ことができる。 な お， カップ部 1 1の底面において 5箇所にスポンジゴム 2 2を埋め込ん だ場合は， 一本の連続したゴムリ ングをカップ部 1 1底面に配置した場 合やカップ部 1 1底面の 3， 4箇所にスポンジゴムを埋め込んだ場合に 比べてよ り安定する。
また， 図 5に示すように， ワ ゴン等の上面 4 0にはヘアカラーカップ 1を保持するための円孔 4 1が設けられている場合もある。 そのよ うな 場合は， カップ部 1 1 の下半部を円孔 4 1 に揷入することによって， へ ァカラーカップ 1 を更に安定させて保持することができる。 その場合， このヘアカラーカップ 1 にあっては， カップ部 1 1 の外面が全体と して 下に向って絞られた凸曲面に形成され， かつ， カップ部 1 1外面には， 下に行く ほど直径が小さい溝 2 0が複数段に形成されている。 このため 図 5に示すようにカツプ部 1 1の下半部を円孔 4 1 に挿入した場合は， 適当な溝 2 0の箇所で力ップ部 1 1外面が円孔 4 1に嵌り込んだ状態と なり， ぐらつかずに安定してヘアカラーカップ 1が保持される。
そして， 染料と してのヘアカラー a をヘアカラーカップ 1 の液溜め部 1 0に入れる際には， 力ップ部 1 1 内面 （液溜め部 1 0 ) に計量用のァ ラビア数字 1 7が記載されているので， 理容師や美容師は， 液溜め部 1 0に入れたヘアカラー aの液面の高さに最も近いアラビア数字 1 7を読 むことによって， ヘアカラー aの量 （ c c ) を容易に把握できる。 この 場合， 液溜め部 1 0の内面に 3方向の位置 （ 1 2 0 ° 間隔） にァラビア 数字 1 7が記載されているので， ヘアカラーカップ 1 をどのよ うな向き から見てもアラビア数字 1 7を読むことができる。
そして， 理容師や美容師は， 例えばブラシ 4 5の先端のブラシ部 4 6 をヘアカラーカップ 1の液溜め部 1 0に入れ， ヘアカラー a中にブラシ 部 4 6 を浸す。 こ う してブラシ部 4 6にヘアカラー a を付着させて， 液 溜め部 1 0から掬い取ったヘアカラー a を顧客の毛髪に塗布する。
このよ うに液溜め部 1 0からヘアカラー a を掬い取る際には， 液溜め 部 1 0が半球形状に四んだ'形状であるので， 液溜め部 1 0に入れられた ヘアカラー aが横に広がらず， 液溜め部 1 0の底部中央に集まるので， ヘアカラー a を掬い取りやすい。
そして， 顧客の毛髪に塗布する際にブラシ部 4 6に付着したヘア力ラ 一 aの量が多過ぎるよ うな場合は， 図 6に示すように， カップ部 1 1の 内面上方に並べて設けられた複数の櫛歯 1 5にブラシ部 4 6を押し当て: ブラシ 4 5 を動かしてブラッシングすることにより， 余分なヘアカラー aをブラシ部 4 6から容易に削ぎ落とすことができる。 また， このよ う に櫛歯 1 5にブラシ部 4 6を押し当ててブラッシングすることによ り， ブラシ部 4 6の形も整えることができる。 こ う して， 形を整えたブラシ 部 4 6に適量のヘアカラー a を付着させて顧客の毛髪に塗布することに よ り， 作業がやりやすく なり， また， 途中でヘアカラー aがブラシ部 4 6から垂れたりすることがない。
また， このよ うにブラシ 4 5で顧客の毛髪にヘアカラー a を塗布して いると， 毛髮ゃほこ りなどがブラシ部 4 6に付着することがある。 その よ うな場合にも， 図 6に示すよ うに， カップ部 1 1の内面上方に並べて 設けられた複数の櫛歯 1 5にブラシ部 4 6を押し当て， ブラシ 4 5を動 かしてブラッシングすることにより， ブラシ部 4 6に付着した毛髪やほ こりなどを， 手を汚さずに容易に除去することができる。
そして， 櫛歯 1 5によってブラシ部 4 6をブラッシングした際には， ブラシ部 4 6からヘアカラー aが垂れることになるが， そのよ うにブラ シ部 4 6から垂れたヘアカラー a は， 凹部 1 6に受取られた後， カップ 部 1 1 の内面を伝わって液溜め部 1 0に流れ落ちるので， カップ部 1 1 の外側に垂れることがなく， 周り を汚さない。
また， このよ うに櫛歯 1 5によってブラシ部 4 6 をブラッシングする 場合， ハン ドル部 1 2の基部が取り付けられている箇所の近傍に櫛歯 1 5が並べて配置されているので， 図 6に示すよ うに， ブラッシングする 際に， ブラシ 4 5を持っていない方の手でハン ドル部 1 2を押えること によ り， 櫛歯 1 5を安定させることができ， ブラッシングしゃすい。
そして， 作業を中断する等， ブラシ 4 5を使わない場合は， 図 5に示 すよ うに， ブラシ部 4 6を上にした姿勢でブラシ 4 5を孔 3 0に差込ん でおく ことによ り， ワゴン等の上面 4 0を汚さずに， ブラシ 4 5を立て ておく ことができる。
また， ハン ドル部 1 2を握ってヘアカラーカップ 1 を手に持つ場合は: ハンドル部 1 2全体が凸となるよ うに湾曲し， ハンドル部 1 2の先端に 向って下がるよ うに傾斜しているので， ハン ドル部 1 2が手から抜け落 ちにく く， ヘアカラーカップ 1が重たい場合でも， 滑らずにしっかり と 保持することができる。
また， ハン ドル部 1 2を持ちながら液溜め部 1 0に入れたヘアカラー a を注ぎ口 2 1 から流し出す場合， 注ぎ口 2 1 とハ ン ドル部 1 2が 9 0 ° よ り も大きい角度で交差するような位置関係となっており， ヘア力 ラー a を注ぎ口 2 1から流し出す作業がしゃすい。
以上， 本発明の好ましい実施の形態の一例を示したが， 本発明はここ に例示した形態に限定されない。 図 1〜 6では， カップ部 1 1 の内面に おいてハン ドル部 1 2の基部が取り付けられている箇所の近傍に凹部 1 6を形成し， そこに櫛歯 1 5を配置した例を示したが， 図 7に示すよ う に， カップ部 1 1 の内面に凹部を形成せずに， カップ部 1 1 の内面に直 接櫛歯 1 5を設けても良い。 なお， 櫛歯 1 5の突出方向は， 図 1〜 6で 説明したような垂直上向きに限られない。 例えば， 図 7中に実線で示し た櫛歯 1 5のよ うに水平横向でも良いし， 図 7中に一点鎖線で示した櫛 歯 1 5 ' のよ うに斜め下向でも良いし， 図 7中に二点鎖線で示した櫛歯 1 5 " のように斜め上向でも良い。 いずれの場合も， 複数本の櫛歯をほ ぼ等間隔の隙間を空けて平行に並べて配置するのが良い。 また図 8に示 すよ うに， 複数本の櫛歯 1 5を横ではなく縦方向にほぼ等間隔の隙間を 空けて平行に並べて配置することも可能である。 もちろん複数本の櫛歯 1 5を斜めの方向にほぼ等間隔の隙間を空けて平行に並べて配置するこ とも可能である。 なお， 図 7， 8に示した実施の形態は， カップ部 1 1 の內面に 部を形成しない点， 及び櫛歯 1 6の向きを変えた点を除けば: 先に図 1〜 6で説明した実施の形態と同様の構成を有している。 よって: 図 7， 8において， 先に図 1〜 6で説明した実施の形態と共通する構成 要素については， 同じ符合を付することによ り， 重複した説明を省略す る。
また図 9に示すよ うに， 櫛歯 1 5をカップ部 1 1 の内面 i£部に設ける こと もできる。
更に， 図 1 0に示すように， 例えばカップ部 1 1 の上端面に櫛歯 1 5 を並べて設けても良い。 また， 図 9， 1 0に示した実施の形態において も， 櫛歯 1 5の向きは， 鉛直方向に限らず， 横に向って突出する櫛歯や 斜め上向きもしく は斜め下向きに向って突出するよ うな櫛歯であっても 良い。
なお， 図 9， 1 0においても， 先に図 1〜 6で説明した実施の形態と 共通する構成要素については， 同じ符合を付することによ り， 重複した 説明を省略する。
また， 櫛歯 1 5の長さは任意であり， 櫛歯 1 5の上端高さは， 必ずし もカップ部 1 1 の開口上端部とほぼ等しく なくても良く， 櫛歯 1 5の上 端高さがカツプ部 1 1 の開口上端部よ り も低くても良いし， 逆に高く て も良い。
また， 櫛歯 1 5の配置は， ハン ドル部 1 2の基部が取り付けられてい る箇所の近傍に限られず， ハンドル部 1 2の基部から離れた位置に櫛歯 1 5があっても良い。
また， このヘアカラーカップ 1 は， 透明な材料で構成すれば， 外側か ら液溜め部 1 0に入れたヘアカラー a の色や量なども容易に目視できる < また， 透明な材料で構成されていれば， カップ部 1 1外面に形成されて いる溝 2 0をカップ部 1 1 の内面から見ることができ， 溝 2 0を基準に してヘアカラー aの量を把握することも可能となる。 例えば， リ タッチ 用にヘアカラー a の量を少なく したり， 全頭用にヘアカラー a の量を多 く したりすることも容易となる。
また， カップ部 1 1 内面 （液溜め部 1 0 ) に凸部を適宜配置すること により， 混ざり にくいク リーム等もダマにしないで混ぜることができ， 短時間で乳化させるこ とも可能となる。 その場合， カップ部 1 1 内面 (液溜め部 1 0 ) に形成する凸部は， 縦線上， 環状線上等， 任意の位置 に配置することができる。
その他， ノヽン ドル部 1 2やカップ部 1 1外面 b などをエッチングする ことによ り， 全体と して滑り にく いヘアカラーカップ 1 を提供できる。 本発明の染料カップは， ヘアカラーカップに限らない。 例えば画材や その他の塗料など， 種々の染料をいれる染料カップに適用できる。 また その容量も任意であり， 例えば， 3 0 0 c c , 1 リ ッ トノレ等， 種々の容 量の力ップを提供できる。 産業上の利用可能性 本発明の染料力ップは， 例えば理髪店や美容院などにおいて利用され る。

請求の範囲
1 . 染料カップであって，
染料を入れるための上面が開口 した力ップ部を有し，
力ップ部の上端面も しく はカップ部の内面上方に， 櫛歯が並べて設けら れている。
2 . ク レーム 1 の染料カ ップにおいて， 前記染料はヘア力ラーである
3 . ク レーム 1 の染料力 ップにおいて， カップ部の内面上方に凹部が 形成され， この凹部に複数の櫛歯が並べて設けてある。
4 . ク レーム 1 の染料カップにおいて， カップ部の外側にカップ部を 保持するためのハン ドル部が設けてあり， 該ハン ドル部の基部近傍に前 記櫛歯が設けられている。
