Abstract

L'invention concerne un microréseau d'ADN permettant d'effectuer une quantification précise. Un microréseau d'ADN comprend, essentiellement, plusieurs parties de référence, chacune d'elles contenant un premier acide oligonucléique et un second acide oligonucléique selon un rapport défini, ledit rapport variant d'une partie de référence à une autre. Au moins l'un du premier et du second acide oligonucléique peut être marqué au moyen d'un marquage. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, les deux acides oligonucléiques peuvent être marqués au moyen de marquages différents ou aucun d'eux n'est marqué. De ce fait, un acide nucléique cible à détecter dans un échantillon peut être quantifié avec précision en fonction de signaux provenant des parties de référence.
