目前这样的卡片密码印刷覆盖方法目前主要存在两种方式:
1 ) 热转印材料覆盖膜覆盖密码:
工艺简介: 在现有制成的成品光面卡体上直接喷印或热转印上密码, 然后用 热转印材料覆盖膜覆盖密码, 刮掉覆盖膜不会影响密码的完整性; 这种印刷方 法的缺点是: (1 ) 热转印材料覆盖膜只能用在光面卡体材质上, 他人很容易从 光面上揭开覆盖膜在偷看完密码后, 再将覆盖膜复原; (2) 热转印材料与设备 易获得, 他人即使不能完好揭开而将覆盖膜撕破, 也很容易在刮开热转印材料 覆盖膜获取密码后, 再热转印上相同材质的覆盖膜, 让使用者甚至原生产厂家 均无法识别真伪性。

针对现有技术中, 采用刮刮膜胶带, 易于被非法用户用刀片或其他方法在 不破坏刮刮膜基础上, 使刮刮膜胶带与卡体完整分离, 他人可以轻易盗取涂覆 层下的密码, 又可以重新把卡片复原出售, 另外复制密码卡, 卡片保密性易被 破坏的缺点, 本发明的目的是提供一种高安全性 '密码卡及其印刷方法, 其具有 在不破坏覆盖膜层的情况下, 很难看到密码, 复原工艺难度大。
本发明的目的可按下述实现, 本发明结构为包括在卡体表面用丝网印刷的 方法涂覆一层附着力强且对油墨吸附力强的附着层, 在其上再设一层与附着层 不相溶、 附着力弱且易碎印密码的易碎层, 易碎层之上覆盖一层刮刮膜胶带。

本发明的方法在易碎层套印的制版过程中, 在版上先做出图案或文字, 再 通过转印或丝网印刷方式准确套印, 使易碎层上形成镂空-图案或文字; 印刷完 附着层采用刀切割在附着层上形成截断线和截断线端的缺口; 印刷完易碎层采 用刀切割在易碎层上形成截断线和截断线端的缺口; 在粘贴刮刮膜胶带后采用 刀切割在刮刮膜胶带上形成截断线和截断线镩的缺口; 或在印刷完附着层、 易 碎层和粘贴刮刮膜胶带后用刀切割在易碎层和刮刮膜胶带上均形成截断线和截 断线端的缺口。
